A little bit of objectivity will do Mathias a lot of good. If what he wrote about vilponen is correct then Wiesbaden coach must be blind to have signed Vilponen for the next season.
We will be wiser in March.

Of course, but LiB AACHEN is qualified for CEV-Cup, it has to be 9m-gym.
Schwerin is qualified for Challenge cup: Best of the fifth's, the can play home matches in Aachen.

Congrats to Dresdner SC.
Dresden deserves the title this year. After loosing Perry and Izquierdo and beating LiB AACHEN in the semi final,
the way to the championship was open. -
Final ranking of German league:
1. Dresdner SC ---> CL
2. Rote Raben Vilsbiburg ---> CL (?)
3. VC Wiesbaden ---> CEV Cup (?)
4. Ladies in Black Aachen ---> CEV Cup (?)
5. Schweriner SC ---> Challenge CupOfficially, LiB is on place 3 with Wiesbaden, they both got the bronze medal.
CEV-Cup? Aachen is not allowed to play home games in CEV in their gym, we will see.

I surpose, that first match for Aachen is just to look what happens. They travel on Friday morning to Dresden and have liitle time to prepare the game. It will be important, what is possible in Aachen next weekend. If LiB can win at home, 3rd match will be very interesting.

You are right, but LiB have nothing to loose now.
I would have prefered Wiesbaden or Vilsbiburg in semi-final. We'll see, what will happen in Dresden
and next Saturday in Aachen 
.I'm very curious, what LiB will show us. Every time I thought "Now it's enough", they surprised me with new quality.
I hope, Dresden prepaired match against Schwerin.

But what is more important, the rules or the result? The sport or the event? Is there any event without sport? The key is to present volleyball on high level, after that come other things! In Germany there is a saying: "Der Schwanz wackelt mit dem Hund." My english is not good enough: "The tail bounces the dog".

The DVL has to be careful not to overcharge the teams. Otherwise, there will be a professional league with less teams in the future. The DVL doesn't want this, but they are on this way.
