I'd like to see one of these coaches;
G.Hoag:
He finished his mission in Arkas, he needs a change. He has done a lot for Turkish volleyball and he likes to work with youngsters. He can train with federation high school in winter and train with NT in summer.
Normally, I'd not prefer someone who has worked in Turkey before. Turkish players are not easy to handle as characters, for example Guillani had a beef with Burutay in his Halkbank days and Burutay joined to the NT after we had unexpected losses in European League group stage. On the other hand, Glenn Hoag is a person noone has any personal problems with and everyone respects him.
Verbov:
He has done good job with Zenit Kazan. He put a young libero instead of Russian NT main libero because younger was just better...The style of game Kazan plays is just so smooth. He had an unexpected lost in his first year in semi final to Moscow but after that, he won all cups in Russia. He knows how to build relationships with the players and he has courage. (Which Guillani didn't have)
I don't want to see any mediocre Italian, I don't want Stoychev who had toxic relationship with Turkish guys in the past Halbank days. I'm hoping for Verbov but if federation picks a random Turkish guy, coach of Ziraat, I'd be pissed badly. This group of players we have now deserves a world class coach.
