sitenoise can you tell me more about Kurogo (her team, perfs. etc)
I haven't seen her a lot in NT if I remember correct, a youngster? I think she's got those heavy hitting arms.

Japanese defense >

sitenoise I'm starting to see what you see in Ishii
*hits ball fiercely*
*casual cute facial expressions*
Japanese Kawaii style Goncharova
-
Their main setter Ding Xia is on my favorite setters list despite haters, girl can be creative I watched some of her games this season and I think she will have us shook this time around, she is become so solid and reliable and her sets are so much more polished and precise while the creativity hasn't gone anywhere either

Enjoyable match so far
China has some talents, but Japan seems more consistent to me
-
Silencing them haters with the stats

Its nice to see the Suisse girls fight.
They have learned from previous tournaments and challenge cup for sure!
Not to mention their expressions are the opposite of Yilmaz f.e. xD they look like they're there to play actually.
-
I'm just scared they're serious about Gözde Yilmaz as starter lol even though I know they're not. you never know and she is so bad...
Hande, Ebrar and Meryem are miles better
-
Şeyma can't receive! She had a bad season and it continues. Aylin Sarioglu is looking too... Thick lately lmao she must watch that because she is much slower than normal too
-
With 3 foreigners there`s a chance Hande and Ebrar get to play.....but with 4.....there`s a chance Hande and Ebrar won`t get to play at all.
Thats right I hope though with 14 clubs and more wanting to invest in the future there will be more clubs for them to go to at least

I was not comparing Italy vs Turkey.
What I was saying is that the weak Italian Teams are still able to sign some good foreigner players....that is not the case for the weak Turkish Teams. A lot of the foreigners with the weak teams in Turkey are really not that great.
another thing....Just putting 4 foreigners won`t make a team great. There`s so much more that goes into creating a great team ( coaches, facilities, management, etc).
So what Turkish facilities and coaches are bad compared to Italy? Not according to players that played in both countries, unless you are also one of them and disagree. They want to sign better players, thats the whole thing. 2017/18 season was a good example. Italian local players are imho not what makes the difference when you only need 2 of them on court even when I agree they are overall much better, I just don't think it'll make a huge difference with a 4 foreign player limit. If you think of last season in Turkey, there was a huge economical problem and not all teams could invest, some companies that invested in other ways are now coming up with their clubs. It was well known that Turkish league would be weaker than usual in 2018/19

Watching the Suisse girl receive the same exact kind of serve bad over and over again while what is to come is so obvious is a bit frustrating XD and she always does it the same way
-
Boz and Ozbay instead of Yilmaz and Ezgi
It immediately worked, 22-19 to 22-22
Voleyboldefteri shook
-
I never asked for another Turkish vs Italian comparison
4/6 players foreign, would mean you don't need that great locals anyway, in the end yes Conegliano will still end up champion or VakifBank will still end up champion usually if thats what you mean but you can never change that unless other teams invest as much.

2nd set a mess XD

Fatma and Şeyma were one level above everyone else and had literally 0 problem killing almost every single ball.
Asli is just very limited imo, she always tries do give her all but considering this is Switzerland it shouldn't be that easy to use her block to block-out. She is great as serve-sub though.
Gözde needed several balls before killing one finally but then killed most after.
I'm happy NT season started I missed it
It looks like Turkey might show up with a new team every day in Montreux.

Altinli you listed Kingdon as OPP in your THY list and she's an OH!
I changed it now, tbh I was gonna put her as OH first but saw she played as Opp mostly in China? I think Kingdon-Buijs is unlikely duo. Let's see what THY will play with. Ada Germen is a good local OH imo

Bruno Voloch wrote that Eczacibasi signed Lloyd because Alikaya decided to leave the club He also wrote that Lloyd will earn around 250k €
Interesting because afaik Ezgi Dilik wants to leave too, I expected Gamze to stay tbh. It seems Ecz drama is only just starting

Btw I hope for once Rachel Sanchez Perez picks a good team on the right time, she is such a great overall MB but she always picks flop teams or just joins a team mid-season. Like she was chilling in beaches in Antalya for a few months then visited her family and after realized she was running out of money so quickly signed with Çanakkale this season. Not again gurl, gotta work first then party.
