Because she is a great spiker, the spiking part of the serve is good but you can't say she is a good server when she can't even perform a basic toss half the time... Which is indeed an integral part of the act of serving the volleyball.
Boskovic is a horrible server. I'm sorry guys. One of the best spikers of this generation, but not a good server, sorry I can't 
Eczacıbaşı can never hold onto any lead lol that's why they keep losing even when they play decent matches. Idk what it is, they go ahead 12-16 coming back from behind and lose the set, over and over again. They did the same against Imoco.
Gray is very low energy OH, I really don't like her. Voronkova is good but not consistent, once the blockers figure her out she can't get kills anymore, she needs better rotation partner than Gray though. Hande is on and off, has good moments and is solid for most of the time and then she gives overpasses and gets aced out of nowhere just when you want to compliment her.
Kudos to Simge imo she is very good the second half of the season, a big help for some of Ecz good matches recently. Jack and Boskovic are the only other consistently good players.
Ana Cristina and Stysiak are talented but look like bench players. Ana + Arina still works imo but needs more investment. Rotate Meliha in the backrow and it should pay off well. Buse Ünal did good today.

The main difference is ONLY 3 vs 4 local players rule. Though generally Italy has a top 1 and very competitive 2-9 ish while turkey has a top 3 that can all win the cup every year and a strong top 6.
Let's not forget a couple years back Turkish league was stronger but the economic crisis happened, we expected the league to crumble back then and it didn't happen, last year Turkish clubs dominated still. Meanwhile Italian league is sponsored and backed by the official global sports federations that even stream their matches.
There have been a lot of players talking badly about Serie A too but for some reason only when it happens with Turkish league is it worth to draw conclusions lol, y'all already made up your mind but stop looking for logic behind it at least.
Ecza also came incredibly close to defeating Imoco in the Palaverde without their best middle blocker as well…. It’s not like it was no contest and they beat scandicci twice when it mattered lol
