I don't know if I'd use the term "brighter" to describe him but he's certainly more emotional
exactly I meant emotional
Is that the guy who coached a little this summer at Montreux or the VNL when Morrison was absent?
Yes
NED mentally unstable. They lose all important matches. After the matches with ITA and TUR:
1. Balkestein-Grothues could be a libero
2. Main OHs Daalderop - Plak (Plak can progress, while only Buijs regresses when she plays against strong teams)
3. Morrison is not suited for emotional condition. Team NED with him emotionally fades.
4. Dijkema is the main disappointment of this summer. Her connection to de Kruijf and Sloëtjes especially terrible
Also I have no idea who should be the new head coach.
It may sound crazy, but may be second coach Beltrale (?) At least he's emotionally brighter than Morrison
Balkestein once again was a ghost at the net, she's only useful in service reception.
Maybe she should play as a libero for NT because Shoot and Knip very unstable. Daalderop and Buijs 're main OHs
I really see no point of bringing de Kruijf and Daalderop to Russia if you don't let them play a single point. Than you better give a chance to Polder/Timmerman and Oude Luttikhuis, so they can prove themself.
The commentator said Robin doesn't jump... Injury?
Only de Kruijf is missing of the main team.
is she okay?
Daalderop in starting 6 for the Netherlands instead off Marrit Jasper
And good start for her
I think it's just for the first week of VNL
What is the roster NED for 1 week?
Danesi shared the starting position for months with Folie, before taking it over for good. I guess it is just okay Robin has more points. My point is that Robin is a regular good player, Danesi is a silent weapon (the X factor of the team) most of the times.
But Robin long couldn't find the temp after the serious injury (as she herself said). OK. Robin-Danesi is very good MB duet
Danesi saved Imoco endless times with her blocking skills. I can't say the same about Robin.
But Robin has better stats on blocks in CL than Danesi (Robin 36 killing blocks (0,86 set average), Danesi 25 (0,76))

How could you call such a bad blocker as top 3 mb? 🤔 Rasic, Eda, Danesi, Adenizia, Yan, Fetisova, Veljkovic are all better overall MBs. If you're talking about attacking MBs, then again still way behind of American MBs such as Akinradewo, Adams, Jackson etc
Yes, maybe Robin isn’t top-3, but according to statistics (CL, Italian Championship) she isn’t “such a bad blocker” in comparison with MB you listed (permanent injuries don’t help her)
Nagaoka got injured? She was crying
When is De Kruijf supposed to be back on court? I thought we might see her in the friendly tournament but she's still not in the team. Will she recover in time for WCH?
She wrote on her Instagram that she was unlikely to be ready for Rabobank Super Series because it took only 2 weeks (even less) as she started training with team
I watched all matches on Dutch tv, and I must say I'm totally fed up with Grothues, after het comments in the post-match interviews....what an arrogant b*tch she is

Now I understand why she has always troubles with the club she plays for...her character must be really bad.
In both matches (Italy and Serbia) she got blocked 100 times...and still after the match she couldn't deal with criticism by the interviewer....I
What did she say?
QuoteAny links for Netherlands-Russia for this afternoon??

Chance to prove yourself for Polder and Luhuis
If I correctly understand (translate) the article in the Dutch press, Robin will not participate in VNL, she’ll recovery for the World Championship
