Looks like JT is going to do their part, but all for naught
-
They gave Misaki Inoue a Barbie Bake at Home Toaster and some flowers after the show.

bye bye NoSmilers
-
Kawamoto does this switcheroo thing with two MBs and Aoi Ann in the front row .
-
Stats say Nomoto has 2 aces. I say she has 5.
-
Two block coverage fails in a row. Not cool Okayama
but nice comeback
-
Kaneda got superb analytical skill..new defense monster
She has a unique swing, do you think? It's like she puts her body perpendicular to the net, and then hits it from straight over the top of her head. No one else has that style
-
Okayama's got their defense back. That leads to offense. Long way to go, though
-
We need a couple Full Set matches tonight
-
It was coming back from 0–2 to SAGA that kept the NoSmilers alive last year, right?
Denso getting close to taking their second set from JT. I call foul
-
I like Rika Nomoto but her blunders are next level.
Shion Hirayama is rostered up for the first time this year

Okayama is literally playing so poorly I'm not worried about it
-
Okayama starting out wimpy as an earthworm
-
I wonder how Kawamoto decides who plays libero
SAGA's going all Yuki. Stay on your toes NoSmilers
-
I know there are SAGA fans around here but ... they have nothing to gain here tonight. Let's not be the spoilers you were to Toyota! That was the meanest thing ever.
Wait. That's what gave the NoSmilers life

This V.League jingle jam is kind of interesting when it goes into free-form wanking. The guitar player does some tasty stuff

These smoke machines are actually spraying disinfectant mist:
Continuing the Himeji love, Saki Tanaka is Pickup Player of the week:
Saki's having a great year. At 169cm her kill% is 41.4
(Jana Kulan is 195cm, has an NT starting setter tossing her balls, and her kill% is 41.9)Saki is 14th in Total Score
Saki is also one of Himeji's main receivers

Damn, if Brilliant Aries had won they would have clinched it. This happened last year. They lost a couple critical matches right at the end when winning either of them would have clinched 2nd. Now they have to bank on other teams losing an important match. There's only a few left but I'm plagued with math burnout after grappling with the V1 calculations, and since the V.League is incompetent and lazy in updating the standings or even in being clear about what happens with the cancelled matches, I'm not going to tackle any "what-if" scenarios here.
