If I'm honest, I don't think it's a bad transfer for her. At first I thought she was way to good for German league, but she disappointed me a little bit. At the important moments she did not perform good. Popovic and Lubian will probably starting, but they aren't world class middle blockers so they need a decent back-up. In this way I think Samadan will have enough court time.

IMO i agree with cro, Samadan could find better team, she is not the best one but she can be starter in some other team, in Scandicci next to Popovic wich rise, if she already isn't world class player, after amazing national team summer and the best club season in her carrer and young and very promising Lubian, i dont see enough space for player like Samadan is.

Practically very easy indeed. Once an admin want you change a rule or add a new one, s/he can post two options in this thread or in a separate one. And asks people to like either of the options (rule A should be changed or rule A should stay the way it is now). At the end of 3 days or one week, the number of likes are counted and Voila! We know the answer

Otherwise, this will give too much power to admins to make arbitrary rules in the future

In theory i like this idea, IMO a completely satisfactory answer to the first question, but what about other issues mentioned by Janko wich i 100% agree with.

    How many memener votes enoguh?

Just look at how many people have come forward to make any suggestion regarding the rules. Altough maybe it be easier to make a decision with just one click, maybe it will attract more people to join.

As for "dictatorial behaviour" narrative, how about this public discussion of rules and negotiating of them, eh? In 90% of the sites I've ever known, no mod would condescend to negotiate rules with any member (or even any colleague openly).

There is one important omitted item, wich is that here the mod / admins are chosen on the overall initiative of the forum members and the recommendations of who it might be or because of the selfinitiative to take the same position. Analogous to this, it was completely reasonable and in my opinion necessarily a thread like this one, anyone who wanted to participate can did/do that, with your final decision to wich no one objected.

Also, every possible subseqyent rule i think is reasonable and possible to adopt according to the same model, on the recommendation of one of the admins, if no one declares that they have something meaningful against, the rule is accepted and must be respected by every user, any sanction by the admin for user who dont respect the rules shouldn't be considered as dictatorship, that allow the rulebook made like this. Certainly a dose of personal interpretation must exist and no one should be blamed for doing something wrond about it.

Oh, i know that i forgot some amazing Cubans. TBH i watched her just on youtube, possible because of that i dont have the right impression how she was great.

Unfortunately, he's all over this place. In the official transfers news topic I can see all his post. In the rumors topic he's on all the quotes.

I want to add one more problem with block feature. You can see all the posts and actions from someone which you blocked on the dashboard (they are just pale).

And i personally dont have problem with that, i just want to point out another flaw of that famous block option.

I will count only top 5 because(Only premium top 10) for me alone it will be to hard to count top 10 in every position, only if admins will help and update the first post with me ????

Plus I will tag every member which points are already inlcud on this list. Thank you :)

Djokovic was talking about that He for now doesn't want to do vaccine, and that in future that can be change but he DOESN'T want to be forced to do so. Especially because He need to travel a lot, and He is afraid that countries will not let in people in who didn't vaccine against COVID.

What is wrong about this ?? Nothing, what is wrong to have different opinion ? NOTHING.

Then you are certainly also in favor of the theory that the earth is flat, this is also the popular "differetm opinion". LOL

Different opinion without any reasonable arguments is just mess nothing more than that.

I am not the biggest fun of Djokovic, even though i am from Serbia, but this time he said that he wants to have a choice, not be force to do something, and also he said that he will explore the subject in future. I am not sure about his previous comment about vaccination in general and if there were any, but this time was like this.

    Great topic Emil

    This would be my list:

    1. European Championship 2011, Final Serbia vs Germany (Belgrade, Serbia)

I dont think i need to talk too much about this match, it is not the most quality one im my life, but certainly a favorite and i will never forget the crowded "Pionir Hall" where people sit on the stairs, it was the first women's high class volleyball match o watched live in my life (National team competitions). I bought tickets couple of weeks before the final and pray for Serbia to make it to the final, and the outcome couldn't have been better, GOLD.

    2. Olympic Games, semifinal USA vs Serbia 2-3 (Rio, Brasil)

If we rejected the sentimental feelings tl the first match, this would certainly be the first on the list by quality amd how much i enjoyed watching it. Ofc an unforgettable and stressful second half lf the fifth set, a great volleyball from both sides, a fight of nerves and finally, victory and at that moment the greatest success in the history of Serbian women's volleyball.

3.World Championship 2018, final Serbia vs Italy 3-2 (Yokohama, Japan)

4.World Championship 2010, final Russia vs Brasil 3-2 (Tokyo, Japan)

5.Olympic Games 2012, 1/4 final Brasil vs Russia 3-2 (London, UK)

    6. Olympic Games 2008, Bronze medal match China vs Cuba 3-1 (Beijing, China)

Actually i dont remember why but i know that i enjoy in this match a lot.

    7. World Cup 2007, RR Serbia vs USA 3-1 (Nagoya in Japan)

Veljkovic first tournament in national team and match with 9blocks with just 17yo

    8. Eurovolley 2017, semifinal Azerbeijan vs Netherlands 2-3 (Baku, Azerbeijan)

    9. Olympic Games, Group B Serbia vs China 3-0 (Rio, Brasil)

Amazing match for Serbia, unfortunately wasn't in the final.

    10. Cev Olympic qual, semifinal Turkey vs Poland 3-2

Kamila Frątczak! She was supposed to be the other big hitter next to Glinka.

And Anna Miros (Podolec) who is the polish version of Malagurski. At her peak in 2008 I think she was a beast.

Oh Podolec, i remember her amazing play on WC 2007, at least was amazing against Serbia.

Oh Danica Radenkovic and Sara Klisura is heartbreaking to me, especially Klisura i simply dont know what happened to her.

Actually Danica was in some national team action, she played European league 2013 WGP 2014,15,16, but just didn't show enough for biggest competition.

Can someone explain a bit what will happen to the Serbian NT after Olympics and next ECH, hope I didnt miss this discussion? Some really world class names will be quitting like Maja, probably adding Popovic, Stevanovic, Veljkovic and Rasic. Besides, Mihajlovic will be over 30...

Are there any good prospects coming? I can only think of Busa, Milenkovic and Mina Popovic in addition to Boskovic. Mirkovic will be nowhere Maja's quality etc. There were also rumours of Terzic quitting the NT? What do you think, will Serbia become like Poland or will they recover quickly?

IMO Rasic will not retire after the Olympics i think she want to play for at least one more year (maybe whole olympic cycle). With this news that Veljkovic wants to become mum, she seems as surefire candidate for at least a break. Popovic is the logical candidate for retireing, just like Maja, but with Maja can never be sure. Stevanovic is already out of the national team.

About prospects coming i would add:

Lazovic, Mirosavljevic on OH postion, on MB postion Aleksic for sure and few very young good prospects wich i hope to see in some of the next editions of VNL. Opposite IMO no one at least quality like Bjelica, Malagurski not to compare with Boskovic ofc. libero position Pusic and Gocanin and maybe Sanja Djurdjevic(girl from UB - Cup titleholder, 22 yo) i think that she deserve a chance in national team also. Setter position is obviously the biggest problem, so as not be, when we have Maja on that position, with her withdrawal the loss will be great in terms of level of playing, but i believe it will not reflect too much on the results, as long as Boskovic play in addition at least solid players which we will always have, also we will be among the best in Europe, surely not dominant as now, but i expect that we would challenge also world best teams in future.

On setter position i pay attention on Veselinovic and Rada Perovic (2 young setters from Serbian Superleague, Veselinovic 21yo, Perovic 19yo)

I agree also with opinion about Brankica and Kosheleva, more or less but in general i can say that agree, but one importang different is that Brankica and Kosheleva was/is one of the most dominant attacker in theirs peak (IMO Brankica is still one of the best in that apsect), and nowdays we have players who is "offensive OH" on paper but not even similar succesful in attack like Brankica and Kosheleva was/is.

Btw we are acting like there is a great pool of OHs in the world and teams are picking fine ones. That's so not true, unlike 5-6 years ago, the pool of great volleyball players is getting smaller and smaller. Let's hope the younger generations will become legendary at some point.

I unfortunately agree with that, so sad but true.
