Calling Conegliano the best team ever when they only have been dominant across all tournaments for like 2-3 seasons is crazy. Vakifbank with their limited roster beat them previously. I love Conegliano because of HHabi, but I think "best team" is very subjective. However, this season of club level, Conegliano is definitely the best team.

One thing I admire about Conegliano is their wing spikers. If one of them is off, the other one will pickup. This is a luxury not every team has.

Judging by the stats Zhu Ting has an off night. And Haak efficiency is low too. Thank God Gabi decided to show up. 50% attack eff and 55% perfect reception is a damn good stats.

Lavarini was pretty clear: we played them thousand times and we know what to do, now it's time to show consistency in the execution of the plan.
I will never understand why teams serve 40+ balls on Lanier when she plays (like it happened to Plummer last season), but never do the same with Zhu. She is the easiest player to break under pressure for Imoco, just like Sylla for Vero Volley.
Imoco, on the other hand, pressured Sylla crazy well.
They'll do that on CL. I think Milano hide some tricks and save it for CL SF. But who knows. Maybe they'll unleash Pietrini by then 😂

Egonu VS Imoco is not gonna end well for them. Milano other players need to step up. Haak - Gabi - Zhu compliment each other a lot. One of the best golden triangle I have wver seen since Mari - Paula - Sheilla.
