Gs gives up their strongest point(receiving) to increase attack?It is a bad move. New libero+neslihan can not receive better than Jordan larson+Gulden. If they can not find a good receiver, they have nothing better than other teams. It is much easier for vakifbank to beat a slow and bad receiving team than a fast and good receiving team. Cheers~~~

I watched Turkish league this season because of zhuting. There are lots of young talents at receiver,MB,setter,libero,but few opposite(neslihan is too old now).The weakest point of turkey NT is a world class opposite. If guddetti can find one, turkey can enter olympics. If not, i think turkey will fail again vs any of Serbia,Russia,Netherlands,Italy....

If there are only 4 seats for europe,it is easy to count. Turkey has to beat any of Serbia/russia/netherlands/italy to enter olympics.
It is a tough job for gudetti, but there exists chance. let us see how far can he go.

Fenerbahce's receiving is in a mess until defensive OH maret comes. Maret also enhanced defense a lot together with Tomkom. I think they need to find a defensive OH to remain their biggest advantage-defense. Otherwise it will be another ecz vitra next season.

Ecz vitra suffered a lot this season. Since they can not participate champions league, the club begins to buy all good local players. Huge expenses on local players instead of foreign players now!

Hill is better at serve and block. Robinson is better at defense and receive. Robinson has much bigger coverage of receiving.The weakest point of vakifbank is defense and receive. Robinson will make up for it. Hill is better on paper in a whole. It is too wasteful to put hill on bench anyway.

Agreed.Without an good and decent MB like Jack Sinead, galatasary will suffer next season for sure.
The Ecz vitra's move is very smart. Grab the best local MB still available on the market, their original local MBs are the worst among big 3.

The reason for the success of GS was their solid reception which allowed to play a fast game and a lot of middle attacks. That's why they should keep Jack and try to get solid receivers(Robinson kinda players) otherwise there is no point to have a setter like Gamze

About Gizem, Im not sure she is an expensive player anymore since she was sitting at bench whole season.

It seems they want to grab NO.4 in the turkish league from galatasaray.

Zhuting became shinning since 2013 and got lots of MVPs already. She is only 22 now and still has not reached her peak. She is still improving. Under the guidance of Jenny Langping, she will try to get as many MVP as possible during next Olympic Cycle. After that, i think she will consider enjoying personal life or continuing to get more MVPs?

Oh the greatest of all time talk there's 2 way to look at it for me last: 1. Prime years- best 5-6 years of a player against other players

And 2. Longevity- a player might be so good but what of it only last 3 years? To me a player who can be a top 5 player for 8 years and above should be taken into consideration.

So for zhu her greatest case is good if we are talking about peak but when it comes to longevity that is still an open book

I think the club can not afford these players. The budget is too small. The coach of galatasary says the whole team budget is less than Zhuting one year fee.

That is true. In the beginning of the season, reception of natalia+KYK is in a mess, until maret comes the defense of fener changes a lot to a new level.It is their strongest point among three big clubs. If they lose defense advantage, they will lose to vakifbank and ecz vitra in the future.

The spike succeful rate and efficiency rate of KYK in TL and CL are both lower than before. That is why natalia gets MVP of Turkish league. The kill efficiency rate of zhuting is in her own leauge,no one can kill ball like that now. The main fight of next olympic cycle will be between zhuting and boscovic. The serving of boscovic is improving and the damage is terrifying.
