Is Gong the best defender in opposite position? Risa Shinnabe used to be the best one IMO but she retired now.

There hasn't been a reliable source of that so far. I am thinking less than what she is getting paid in Vakif since money isn't the reason she is back. The Chinese league is only 3 months this year.

Lang Ping's relationship with these girls are beyond the ones between a coach and players. It's intimate yet serious. You can't see these kind of relationship in any other team. It's kind of remarkable.

There are so much fire in Zhu's eyes in the forth set, same as Zhang. When LYY came to play at the end of 3rd set, she is too nervous. Needs to shake it out.
LYY has great potential but still a long long way to go, technically and mentally.

Buijs's passing has been such a weak link for NED. I don't think she has one good pass for the whole first set.

A lot of the chinese clubs have receiving opposites. And if you're an opp player that wants to make it to the NT then you better have that in your skillset.
Yes, especially China has really good OHs now, Zhu, Zhang and Li. All of them are good hitters and somebody needs to do the dirty work like digging and passing.

Even Gong only had 6 points but her passing is really good today so that Zhu and Zhang can spend more energy on the attacking part.
