Wong-Orantes plays very well today indeed, but all of them are great players. And then there's also Dürr, Bock, Schoot...so many great liberos in German league I agree! All mentioned libero's are good! I think Wong-Orantes and Pogany just stand out more, because they are spectacular in defense

- Baijens is wasting her time in Chemik. She won't be all-around player like Trushkina. Irina played MB, Opposite and OH on some games. I don't think Indy is capable of doing so. I know she was practising as opposite during some friendly game, and she even played as OH during game against ŁKS...
I agree on Baijens! She shouldn't have gone to Chemik Police... She is a talented middle blocker and on her age to develop she needs to play as much as possible! Now she barely gets a chance
IMO she deserves more chances, because she could contribute more than Kakolewska, especially in attack. Unfortunately for her reception doesn't allow the setter to involve the middle blockers a lot. On top of that both setters aren't good at setting the middle infront. In this way she isn't able to show her potential when she finally gets a chance... Last match got me thinking Baijens could have been a good addition to Budowlani Lodz! Both middle blockers aren't the best and she would have had more time on court.
- I don't like the new ŁKS at all. Britt isn't much better than Mori. Lazović is playing worse and worse and Zaroślińska. Hmm, she needs backup. I liked the duo of Bociek-Kowalińska more than those two.
As for this statement, I get your point, but IMO Bongaerts clearly is a better setter than Mori! I had my doubts about her transfer to LKS Lodz and my doubts turned out to be right... Bongaerts just doesn't fit the playing style of LKS Lodz. She is a great setter when they are in system, but when they are out of sytsem she has some difficulties. LKS Lodz is barely in system because of the bad reception. Next to that all players have a slow arm swing, so the connection isn't optimal because Bongaerts gives fast sets.

IMO Avital Selinger is a bad choice as the new head coach for Dutch NT
He had lots of problems with (talented) players the previous time he was the head coach. For example Meijners, who refused to play for NT for many years. I think appointing him as new head coach, could lead to many retirements...
Only good thing he is coach for the talent team for last 2 years, so he know the talented girls and can develop them further.
Old national team player and middle blocker, Francien Huurman will be his assistent. Other assistent coach will be Erik Reitsma, who is currently the assistent coach in Stuttgart.

Potsdam won!
They fought for every ball and played as a real team today! Ruddins playing amazing so fat this season and is good in every aspect! Veltman and Speech did a really good job in block and Jegdic is such a stable libero!

Stuttgart barely survived and won the third set, so they are still in the game!
Nobody on the side of Stuttgart is playing at a good/ their usual level, expect for Lohuis and Rivers who finally stepped up in the third set!

Stuttgart missing Papafotiou badly! Kästner playing too sloppy...
They rely too much on Rivers in attack, both outside don't contribute much in that department. Middle blockers contributing well in both attack and block, but the bad reception doesn't allow to involve them that much...

Rumors say it will be Guilio Bregoli. Currently he is the coach of Chieri'76 and also assistant coach of Italian women's.

If Lazovic continue to play like this she is danger in aspect of being part of Serbian NT, even last year she was comme ci comme ca, but that was her first year abroad, but after this long break she is even worse than that, Bongaerts isn't Ognjenovic, but quite good young setter, and according to sets distribution she trust much more to Lazovic than Wojcik, but it doesn't seem to justify that trust. I didn't watch matches (just one), so i maybe don't have right impression, i would love to hear some other opinions.
So far I've watched a lot of matches this season of LKS Lodz, among which the match of today. My thoughts are that her chances of playing for Serbia NT are greatly reduced. After her performance in the summer of 2019 and last season in LKS Lodz, I thought she would be the first or second choise at the outside hitter position for Serbian NT after the locked spots of Michajlovic and Busa. However, her performance so far this season is really bad! Bongaerts isn't playing at her best so far, in my opinion mainly because of the bad reception, but her sets to position 4 are pretty solid. Despite that, Lazovic has a lot of trouble to kill the ball. She makes a lot of rookie mistakes... Also in reception she is far from stable. I hope she can find her best shape soon, because IMO she can be really useful as a substitute outside hitter for Serbian NT. But the way she is playing now, she doesn't deserve a spot....

It's a shame Beliën didn't wanted to sign with Busto Arsizio, because I believe she would have contributed much more to the team than Stevanovic. Both Stevanovic and Olivotto are just useless on court

She is having a great season so far! Today again the topscorer for Brescia with 20 points. She has to do everything; carrying a big load in attack, defense in the back-court and covering a lot of ground in serve reception. All of this she does with a low error rate!

Rachael Adams isn't with the team. So the rumors must be true
Does anyone know how this transfer happened? IMO it's not fair to leave your team in the middle of the season... I hadn't mistaken Adams for a person who would do this kind of thing. But i can't really judge about it, because maybe Aydin gave her permission?
If that's the case, I would be totally fine with the transfer! She is a great asset to the current Fenerbahçe team and I hope Aydin will sign a reliable foreign setter in Adams place
