She has some offers but hasn’t decided yet (she said that during the interview for Siatkarskie Ligi on YouTube). Btw, Rzeszów wants to hire Martyna Borowczak for the next season.

I read this week on twitter that Centka was rumored to join Dresden (It's for this season)
But is seems like not true, cause she's with ŁKS
Everything started on Kobieca Strona Siatkówki group on FB when one of the German fans wrote that he can’t wait to see Weronika in Dresden and her mother liked the comment. People didn’t get that ŁKS plays against Dresden this year during Champions League and automatically assumed that she will play in the German league 😝

What is €30,000? For cotton wool?
A decent player won't talk for less than €130,000 per season. 🤷♂️
What are you talking about? There is not a single player in our league who earns more than 100k, for example last season’s Fedusio’s contact was around 90k. Considering the fact that there is only half of the season left (more or less), they could easily find someone decent for that period. But there is no one solid available on the market and this is what I am worried about, so the only option would be financial problems in some of the clubs and snatching a player or risky signing someone after university season.

Dapić, Lutsenko and Malczewska are all finally healthy, Wrocław won for 3 points against Mogilno. I think Nowy Dwór can already start preparing for return to the second division.

Mulka looked much better than Szewczyk today, I keep my fingers crossed that she will still start over Speaks.Bielsko has a problem - Szedmak doesn’t deliver at all, Szewczyk is messy, Borowczak was also much better last season. And Laak is Laak 😝

Some thoughts after 2 first rounds:
Positive aspects - Taylor Bannister has already demonstrated her potential (I hope she will stay in Rzeszów at least 2 seasons
), Julie Lengweiler and Brigitta Petrenko - for now, they look much better than Milos and Meyer last season in Radom, finally I see some energy on a court, what could be the missing element during the previous seasons. Great that Maja Koput gets the opportunity to play in Chemik, Barbara Dapić looks very strong for now in Wrocław, I guess some better teams can try to snatch her for the next season if she continues playing like this. Looks like Mielec will create another monstrous blocker - Moszyńska started in a fantastic way. I would also single Hellvig and Garrison out - they are doing much better than I expected. It's also a bit embarrassing for others Polish OPPs that Zaroślińska who is 38 is still the best one in the league.Negative surprises - at the moment, I am somewhat disappointed with the performance of Laak (I think it was a big mistake to keep her), Storck, Szedmak and especially Orzoł, who had 19% in attack and made 4 reception mistakes against the weakest team in the league...

Also how unlucky for Ociepa, first match of the season and probably the last because that injury looked awful
They are now in a very lean situation, that’s why I hate this trend for having only 3 MBs. Maybe Gawlak would like to sign with them if she is still active?

Łazowska was great today (I can’t believe I say it), especially when it comes to playing with the middles, but we will see if she can play like that vs Radomka next round.
I'm glad Drożdż and Ejsmont will have the opportunity to play the full season
Ejsmont’s ceiling looks crazy, if the setters can feed her, she will be monster in attack.

Amazing, I still have high hopes for her. She can be really helpful in blocking with her 193cm, but I didn’t follow her career in USA so I can be really disappointed when it comes to setting itself 😬
and we dont know when Makarowska-Kulej, Alagierska, Matejko, Wilinska, Lijewska, Gawlak, Sikorska or Saj will play
Lijewska will play in Azerbaijan. I guess rumors about Wilinska’s end of the career were true then.

Looking at the rosters, it’s sad to admit, but even Greek or Romanian leagues look much better in terms of quality players. If some large companies decide not to enter into sponsorship, it will only get worse - the best players will go abroad (Piasecka and Pierzchała are next in the line), only average players who are too weak to play abroad will stay in Poland, and the best ones will return for the last 1-2 years of their careers.
When it comes to the upcoming season it will be very boring at the top of the table but very interesting at the bottom. I would bet on order like that:
1 - Rzeszów, 2 - Budowlani, 3 - BKS - and I’m like 99% sure that it will be that way4-7 Radom/ŁKS/Bydgoszcz/Chemik
8-11 Mogilno/Wrocław/Mielec/Opole
12 Nowy Dwór - but maybe another miracle will happen and one of the teams will collapse at the end of the season 😝
A lot of teams still have a few spots open on their rosters, it seems that signing players from the college league in the mid-season is slowly becoming a trend. Does anybody know will any promising Polish players be returning from the USA, btw? -
The season is over and I am wondering how it will look like in the upcoming year, considering the fact that Wenerska may take a break, maybe Korneluk as well. To be quite honest, I am becoming less and less of a Lavarini enthusiast. If he doesn't expand the roster and allow more players to show themselves, I'll be very disappointed.
VNL should be a chance for players like Pierzchała, Szewczyk, Milewska, Rasińska, Szczurowska or Orzoł. I hope that especially Dominika will show him how stupid it was to give up on her. I totally get it that Stefano cares about our high position in the ranking, but the roster can be mixed in a reasonable way - a few young players and a few experienced ones. I would love to see Fedusio, Górecka, Pacak and Obiała back, I hope injuries will bypass them.ECH’s medal should be a priority.

Oh, I feel they can make a huge surprise 🤭 Michor knows what he does and he really squeezed everything out of this team last season with that horrible roster. This year he has a group of really promising players + Natalia 🤩 Maybe they will be back to the top of the league (TOP 4/5) faster that we thought.

Nothing to be proud of. But at least Damaske appeared to a wider audience, she should find a place in some good clubs in the near future. And I don’t want to see Jurczyk anymore in this team 😬 -
Lavarini will start with Damaske instead of Czyrna but Gryka is still on the bench…
