Poland made 24 mistakes, while Türkiye 4. You just can’t win like this. For me Karszina is clearly better setter.
yeah, in general we are playing quite a boring game.
I wanted to see Wysocka in the team, but she got cut. she may not be very precise at times, but in Szczyrk her game looked fun. Lots of pipe attacks, faster setting. Let's see how we start the next game, also at the 2nd OH position next to Mrożek which seems to be the problem now - lots of rotations but neither Czerwonka nor Grosicka could handle the reception so far.

What do you think about Italy U18, my dear Polish friend? Italy U18 is shaky, very shaky. I strongly believe that Poland will beat Italy U18 on Sunday. Türkiye will help you.
I don't think so unfortunately. We played like 4 or more friendly games with Italy before this tournament and lost all of them:/

The stat sheet says %52 pos reception but it felt like %35-40 at best. I am gonna be a Kaprowska believer for a while
Koprowska definitely has a lot of potential. She is tall, powerful, a good blocker. Today she struggled a bit, but most of the girls did.
On Turkiye's side - the tall middle blocker definitely has a bright future. I think she finished with 100% in attack.

We respect and study Poland U17 team so much. I like Zuzanna Lange, she was a good OPP. But, she played OH during club season. Why? I saw her recieving.
I'm not sure, probably just how they structure the team. She is their main scorer but if I'm correct they have a left handed OP who also scores a bit so that's probably an option that can give them the most power. She will be joining SMS Szczyrk from next season and I think there, she will be playing as OPP again, same in the NT.

Karsznia will certainly play U17 World Cup. Believe me. I know Jucha is injured. Karsznia is the best Polish U17 setter right now.
Jucha got injured during the Polish U17 Championship 2 months ago, but she is with the U17 team now.

Turkiye with an easy win over Poland.
We are very chaotic, the block barely exists, reception is also problematic.
One positive is Mrożek - she was killing a lot of OOS balls, her reception is quite good, she has a good serve. She will be a good player in the future.

My dear Polish friends... Where is Aleksandra Wika? You said "Wika is with U17 team". But, Ela Czerwonka and Helena Karsznia is from U17 team and they are in Latvia right now. Where is Wika? There must be a problem.
i don't think there is a problem, it's probably just the desicion of the coaches that she will be playing U17 World Championship and Karsznia and Czerwonka won't, cause I don't think they will be joining the U17 team later.
It would be very helpful to have her here though.

IMO the problem with Kecher I already noticed in TL and also during the game against Canada is her blocking technique. She is touching a lot of balls, she is often even in the right place but she is just not penetrating enough. She is jumping with her arms straight up and her hands get used a lot. However, I think she has improved this season and her attack looks quite good, she has more power now.

I like the libero for Canada - Jost. Her reception looks good. They struggled on this position in the past but looks like it's no more the case.

marte is incredible, she had like 10 chances to set ball in 4 for brayelin against 159cm tall setter, and she failed like 9/10 times
she just loves that high middle set to Jineiry, leaving her with 3 blockers in front lol

To my surprise Kubik Banks is actually not doing bad at all? Even her offence looked fine today.

If that's true their OH lineup will be much weaker than last year. Buterez worked because Damaske was taking care of scoring
true, but Grajber isn't the same kind of player she used to be back in the day. She was capable of scoring lots in Aydin, hopefully she can maintain that level and in Tauron Liga it should be easier.
