can Italy really challenge that? Seemed to me like they waited until Orro had already missed before they made a challenge.
it's legal now

Yoshino 34 points ![]()
Yoshino going down the line in such moment when there was so little space between Rosa's hands and the antena ![]()
so confident
omggg put fukudome back in please
she's playing
it's Kojima receiving and her defending, same as in set 4
what a performance by Yoshino ![]()
Okay I am doubtful of Tsukasa because of her height but she brings more rhythm and creativity than Seki and she understanda Yoshino better. Why does she have to be so small 😭
yeah, she's Kojima's height
but she plays well though
I find it really strange that Egonu has evolved into an opposite dependent on in-system sets. Years ago, she would have killed those out of system sets with no problem.
she hasn't, let's not make her that...
the fact that she's struggling today does not make her an opposite dependent on in-system sets, come on
she is a complete player
Rosa is doing good today
I'm ready for a libero MVP if Brazil wins this WCh
that would be cool
altough I guess we all know who's getting it if Brazil wins ![]()
Ohhhhhh this decision by the ref.
Also: cool that the ref calls “Gabi Gabi” to have her come over
it was a good call though
Roberta to Diana set not working for like the 4th time ![]()
Brazil has managed to stop both Italian opposites so far which is impressive
Bergmann needs to be more explosive in attack.
her and Diana both
Orro won’t be back in this match
she's back
You guys talk like Smarzek has been doing wonders lol. Imo Stisyak was more commited to NT só its normal that he trusts more on her. And imo Stisyak is still better than Smarzek. He actually started today with Damaske given the bad performance by Cirsny…
Smarzek makes good club choices. She has played 2 seasons in a row in the Italian league, being starter in both clubs and one of the best scoring opposites in the league. Now she is going to Turkiye to a team where she will also play for sure. So she's been consistently playing and doing good in the last years and whenever she gets a chance to play longer in the NT - she delivers, even though it's not often. On the other hand, Stysiak in those seasons was a bench player and it shows.
Well Poland rly isn’t ever a trophy contender, they play to win and get as far as they can.
The one thing that stands between Poland and fighting for championship is a player whi can be gamechanger. Ofc, Szczyglowska, Korneluk, Lukasik are top level players, Stysiak is amazing when she feels the game, Wenerska is good setter, but the team lacks that one player who can be go to player of the team you know what I mean.
Japan had Koga and now Wada/Ishikawa, China had Zhu and then LYY, Serbia has Boskovic, Italy has Egonu, Turkey has Vargas, Brazil has Gabi. Poland doesn’t have a player like that and that is their biggest (perhaps only) weakness. Czyrnianska looked like she can be that girl but she is not so good last 2 years.
I agree with this completely
Stysiak used to be that player until 2022, when during the WCH she was a scoring machine
unfortunately her club seasons as a bench player did her no good and she's been playing worse and worse lately
Lavarini, please put Smarzek in ![]()
Speaking of Obiała, last week during the ŁKS open training session, she didn’t practice as usual. She even commented somewhere that she needs some time. Alagierska had a wedding and is probably taking a break next year. Pacak also had a wedding and, in addition, suffered some kind of an injury
honestly all of them would be useful, I read an interview with Pacak where she said she was supposed to be with the NT but decided with Lavarini to skip the whole season because of this injury
Egonu is unstopable today
Orge had some incredible digs today
