We all know this WCH isn’t the real deal. The idea of making the WCH a biennial event is just nonsense, especially to have it right after the OG year. This should be the gap year for teams to let their veterans have some rests and give space and chances to new generation to play in NT. Lots of teams are in rebuilding phase after the OG, even a team winning this “new WCH” can be claimed as the World Champ, but we all know it’s just a lot different and can’t be compared to the real World Champs in the past. (Not to mention this 32-team format sucks)

France vs China because China is a team that has been established as one of the best in the last years. Before covid and Zhu's injury, China was terrifyingly good and France was not even existed in the world stage. Now they have a really good chance to win them. I mean, if they could force Brazil in the fifth set, they can definetely win China. It will not be a surprise concerning France's shape but it is if you think what these teams have achieved these last years.
I thought we played pretty good against DR. I guess a loss is possible but I would be very surprised.
