If it was me, I would have kept Kang So-Hwi along with her club teammate Lee So-Young as attacking alternative instead of bring in veteran libero Kim Hae-Ran. I would have replace Lee Hyo-Hee with Lee Na-Yeon instead and kept Lee Da-yeong too even if her setting is unstable just for her blocking ability.

    I agree with you...

And the result I'm pretty sure very disappointed for the Koreans.. They couldn't past the 1st round, which meant they couldn't get to the last 16......

Only won 1 of 5 matches.. They lost to Azerbaijan and Thailand (lower ranks in paper).. I'm almost sure their world rank will get lower the end of this year...

It's homework for the coach and staff...

They have abundant backup for KYK. in outside hitter.. and I think they are also have good liberos, though it seems they keep calling Kim Heeran...

IMO beside the stable setter, they are also lack of opposite hitter.. only Kim Heejin is good.. due to her age, I don't think Hwang Yeon Joo is going to be called again...

Another thing is the backup for Yang Hyojin in MB position... Kim Suji is good, but her speed is slowly decrease, let alone in 4 yrs ...I'm not sure about Bae Yoona either.. she's the same age as Yang Hyojin.. is there no good MB in SK that younger then YHJ?

FYI: I'm new in this forum.. and I'm also new in this volleyball world.. I'm a new fan of Korean Women's volleyball team and league (1 month old). so my opinion just basing of their match vids I've watched on YT.....so I'm still lack on info and I don't understand Korean...:)
