I think they planned their team well. The first problem was Pierzchała’s injury (Dorsman is a good attacker but poor blocker, she could be useful if she got more balls like in Bydgoszcz for example), the second Dudek leaving. It may not look like a big deal at first but after that Piasecka had no local sub and they had to play with foreigners limits all the time when she underperformed (and it happened a lot this season).
On the other hand huge congratulations to Budowlani! All of them played solid finals IMO.I adore Heyrman, but to me she’s also worse blocker than Pierzchala.

I agree, she should not play in VNL then. I don’t want to see Grabka as well to be honest. She won’t get any better and there is no involvement of middle-blockers in her style.

Sligthly off topic, but a lot of polish members with long following volleyball tenure here, so just wondering how do you guys rate her on your All-time MB list, is she best MB that you ever had, and if not, who do you prefer instead?
For me clearly Korneluk, in her prime she was really a wall on the net.
