Did they release their WC roster already?

It's not even clear yet, if Lina Alsmeier can play for Germany in Thailand. Without a strong opposite we depend very much both on Hanna Orthmann and Lina Alsmeier in attack (aside from the strong middles).
Orthmann is still a question mark

When you start training your super OHs in reception and the libero role, NT volleyball is over.
Volleyball is not the sport for you. Golf is probably more your thing.

I think tomorrow. If Jatzko is in Perugia right now she won't return to NT. Leana Grozer won't either, she's preparing for the new season with Schwerin.
I think they've already started to go back to training

it's honestly very difficult to believe that so many of the players in this team have opted out. Vasileva and now Marinova injured... again? either they're the most unfortunate team ever or there's some internal conflict that's better to just avoid than be caught up in.

I would love to see Jansen play with the starters (or as backrow sub this set) to see if she can currently do more in that defensive OH role. Marrit will always go to WCH no doubt but just to see the alternative if she's not able to get in rhythm in time
I feel like Marrit is just having an off day? or maybe I'm biased lol but I don't think she'll be this bad any time they actually need her for a real tournament. I'm fine with Jansen though

I'm certain Alsmeier is physically fine just reserving her and making sure nothing happens to her right before a major tournament I mean she did play everything including the Argentina friendlies so it's about time she takes the back seat
-
Alsmeier has been tagging along with the team as a... as a? extra? which is weird because if she's not in a good state why'd she even come not that I mind but it's just weird

Find a sponsor to get Lippmann and Bock back indoor for just a few weeks, they just won Challenger in Baden so they can't be worse options
I WISHHHH
But Lippmann is just so over indoor
-
The fact that they made the stream on Twitch is weird enough that's definitely not the platform you want that to show but I assume it's some sort of collaboration
All that just to avoid youtube lol
-
Wait are you able to watch in the UK??
No it's sponsored premium content so it's only available in the country where they're streaming it from
I use Nord
-
It's just a little annoying to have to watch the Twitch commentators or whatever they're called
-
can outsiders bid on the signed jerseys or only for people in germany?
If Italians bid on Straube's jersey you wouldn't even stand a chance just saying
-
Stream for the Dutch friendly. You'll have to register though or just connect your FB / Apple account and you're good to go
-
Since you guys ignored this last time here's a friendly reminder that this is happening next Saturday

Barbieri is lowkey an idiot. He said the same thing about Bajema.

No way, Wada is literally strongest spiker of Japan, if we talk just about power
Wada is without a doubt the strongest in the current team but Miku is very young well I guess she's like 18 and we've seen her spike even harder with a faster speed than Wada during the league. Wada is very tame in the league and only goes all out during NT.
If I had to rank it Valdes > Akimoto > Wada

Official now. https://www.dscvolley.de/japan…moto-fuer-die-dscvolleys/
She will be a loan.
Does anyone know her
She was the top scorer during 2023 U19 Championship. Debuted in Japan's main team this year. Played as OH in Victorina but originally an opp which is still weird. A stronger attacker than Wada but hasn't quite figured out what her technique is.
I can't remember the last time a Japanese NT player played in German league
