Dudek must correct reception witch Lavarini and We have verry good player in position 4. Similar potential in atack position 4 have Drużkowska , but better reception.

Ok for me Stysiak and Łukasik first squad not Górecka. If Smarzek play not good wy must risk witch players like that Drużkowska,Różański or Czyrniańska.

For me Łukasik, Różański , Drużkowska, Czyrniańska and Dudek have big potential. Lavarini must show this potential. If you not we have Stysiak in OH,but Smarzek must play good in OPP.

She decided to focus on volleyball (wanted to have more playing time) + school. She spent the last years in Wieżyca with great coach. She got offer to be part of SMS Szczyrk, but they wanted to convert her from OH to Opposite. Good for her that she said no.She still have 3 years in Wisconsin where she will be a starter. In Poland, she would probably bench somewhere like Piasecka or Borowczak.
Anyway, Julia might be part of U21 team who will play on ECH next season.
Speaking of weird decisions from youth national team coaches, besided trying to convert Orzoł from OH to Opposite, few years ago they converted Bączyńska from opposite to setter
Good for her, she spent only one year with them.Also, I would question also some other of their choices. Popik also converted Nowicka and Łazowska from OH to setters. And that tall girl Szmajduch from MB to OH. Now, she finished SMS and plays back as MB
what is bad in converted Nowicka, Łazowska in setter?

The best potential have Drużkowska, and Czyrniańska .Różańska is not international level .

For me is very big problem because very good young player is very often only back-up. Drużkowska is better player but always start Krzywicka or Mucha. Piacecka sit. Play Grajber everytime. Borowczak sit. Czyrniańska play great ,but often no start .Łukasik change witch Czyrnianska .For me must play together.
