Yeah, but I think it's more of a Mourinho-esque way to keep the focus on him rather than on his team. I mean, it's not like anybody sane would underestimate Serbia, but putting more pressure on the opponent doesn't hurt I suppose.

Cuba and Romania in particular are actively distributing their own athletes to other countries and the owner of that agency Adrian Groza used to work and still works closely with CSM Volei Alba Blaj who has one of the best youth teams in Romania.
In the end it's the players family or they themselves who decide where to go. i.e. there are plenty of Cuban youth in Japan right now and Japan Associatiobn have succesfully naturalized Alain De Armas and Melissa Valdes.

Paola Cardullo is one of the likely female candidates for mandatory coach. It's not yet effective but I haven't seen any other names pop up aside from her.
Federation can always get a female coach outside of Italy but Cardullo is good
