Maja's impact on the team wasn't as significant as it was expected. Eczacibasi played pretty much same level they have showed without Maja.
I agree, there’s been some charming sets but there’s also a limit to her blocking and floor defence. but without maja eczacibasi would probs have scored less from the middle hence played primarily boskoball in the league with their non existent offence on the left, which i dont think tijana can take any longer

i haven’t spent a lot of time watching Derya so i’m not sure if her reception has improved this season, nonetheless her offence is surely better than the others, she’s also younger, but to do that she needs to start regularly, and i dont know if vakif is the team for her in that regard. the problem with Ecz’s locals is they can’t seem to perform at the level they should be at, yet they start almost every game. I don’t mind Saliha on the bench and Beyza might occasionally turn out a good performance but they won’t take take the team to titles. As much as i love Maja, the state of Ecz really needs a local setter who isn’t Elif.

Yeah she was working well with Wolosz in conegliano but this season was a disappointment. Maybe she would get back to her previous performance with Poulter
Karch comes to mind.
