congratulations to Poland, good job guys!
Leon got MVP, do you know anything about other individual awards?
Fanbase awards, like in the women's tournament. We will know in a about a week.
they were so nasty in the comments on social media after italy-turkey game and they lynched vargas(always calling her cuban) and ebrar.
About the game, I still don't get it how Gianelli got outplayed by Janusz.
Oh, please! It's just a few users - not even italians - ruining the atmosphere on the forum and few idiots on the social media.
Just take a look at the stats. Italy had a little bit better reception, but Janusz played 20 balls to the middles (Italy just 9). Not to mention Janusz had to set almost the whole match from pos. 6. And he was amazing: not just the quality of the sets, but also the tachtical choices. I repeat myself: this guy is the most underrated setter of this era of volleyball.
Janusz!

current Polish NT is like ZAKSA upgraded with Leon - good luck beating that...
Their passing is still weak, but Janusz is fixing everything with his setting. Always the best possible choice and always a quality set.
Italy is having even more troubles with passing.
Brizard was awful for at least half of the match in the SF as well. Just don’t know why Toniutti is always on the bench.
Yeah. I wondered the same. At least Tillie played and proved he's still the best option for the OH position beside N’gapeth.
I haven't. I'm watching on TV, Nico.
Tillie on Fire, while Brizard is very very poor. Also Tillie is having easier life while spiking on everybody but Brizard's sets.
The other spikers of France are ghosts.
Tillie is the best player for France so far. I wonder why he never had big chances to play in this tournament.
8th Team of Europe Czechia better than Norceca Champion...
10 days ago DOM won USA in a very messy final. It tells a lot on USA and their current level and shape.
It should be Frantti and Robinson for the OHs. Plummer could be a good game changer from the bench at both OH and OPP positions.
Larson was painful to watch at NORCECA Championship. Thompson totally unstable. And Carlini, despite running marathons the whole final, involved the middles much more than usual, but Rettke and Ogbogu were hot and cold even with perfect sets, in fact Washington came in and had a strong impact. Also Drews looks way worse than usual lately.
I see Italy a little bit favuorite for the final. Italian passing is on a whole different level. Poland has to serve very very well and receive way better than today in order to let Janusz do his magic. Balaso is so far my MVP of the tournament.
Like it or not, N’gapeth’s presence on court can turn things around
Of course. I would go all the way with him and Tillie. Expecially when France is struggling a lot with passing.
N'Gapeth blaiming his teammates for a tip that fell in his zone of competence.
Loooool
Only way to beat Poland is serving like crash. Their passing stats are awful (13%), but Janusz managed to provide very good setting and they ended close to 50% in attack. So it may not be enough to beat them. Most enjoyable team to watch for me.

The "Vero Volley" Consortium, as long as Marzari is there and in any case as long as she wants it, does not need money...
The president puts in and has always put in her money which she does not lack: for her and her family, maintaining a Top Team (two, because there is also a male team...) is like for a normal person making an annual donation to a charitable organisation...
Marzari's husband, Beppe Fumagalli, former owner of Candy, sold it four years ago for 500 million euros to the Chinese household appliance giant, Haier.
The sponsorship operation was certainly not done for budget reasons, but rather for prestige and to reduce the costs of the facility: Allianz Vero Volley Milano will play in the Allianz Arena in Milano...
Yeah. As long as she doesn't get bored.
