I'm not here to belittle Russia nor am I an Italy supremacist by any means my main team is Japan so it's not like I'm being biased about these things. We haven't fully seen what Russia is capable and it should be interesting if they were officially allowed to compete again. Russia will always pose a credible threat to teams who have evolved over the years while still retaining their own prowess. Hopefully that comes soon
what I want to see for the time being is more russians in lvf.

Google or read about electrocution. When someone is not given cpr oxygen to the brain is cut off and the brain is irreversibly damaged within minutes. Now if that happens in water that's 10x far worse the damage that can be done on a person.

Herbots is a I can do everything by myself type of player. Taking on more than she can but not as efficiently. Which is why I don't understand how she can be captain of any team (Scandicci/Belgium) it's been obvious for a long time that she's not about that.
