    ...not exactly...the rules will avoid that two teams from the same country will meet in the final match. :)

    If you do not have a fixed IP-address, then there's no need for you to wait between downloads. all you have to do is, cut your internet connection and redial-in. then megaupload wont 'konw' that you already downloaded a file and you can continue downloading without delay.
