I agree about most of your points, especially about Gioli, but I think Leonardi is doing quite good as libero, for me she is not so far away from Mello's and Cardullo's level. About the performance of Ferretti and Guiggi, Italy is in the middle of preparations to GP and ECH, so it's normal that players don't show their best level right now, I think they will play much better in the important matches.

I really don't know why Centoni is not playing in Italy's NT. I remember she used to play very well in the past. And about Gioli, I think she's totally wasted as an opposite. Even her spiking movement is weird in this position. I think she plays best spiking very fast, and this is something she will not do all the time as an opposite spiker, Costagrande is not playing what she can. And I think it's not only because the matches season is starting. She was blocked loads of times in the game against Japan and it this is not normal. Hope to see them playing better.
