Kryuchkova should have been the libero of Russia during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, but then again, it was another Caprara mistake. He could have just retained the high balls for the outside hitters of Russia (a very big advantage because of their height), then insert some new and quick plays on it just like what they did in the 2006 World Championship, but what he really wanted was to change the style of Russian women's volleyball.

where the hell is Svetlana Kryuchkova? why is she not playing for the Russian team? i really do not understand why the Russian coaching staff prefer Kabeshova as the libero over her when in fact she has contributed a lot to the success of the Russian team during the 2006 World Championship. im sorry but i really do not like Kabeshova, IMO, Kryuchkova is the perfect libero for Russia.

i just hope that the new head coach of China would change his mind and bring back veterans like Yang Hao, Ruirui Zhao, and Liu Yanan (they are not that old right?)

1 - Mari Steinbrecher - Brazil (strong hitter and blocker, although she's poor on reception...but she can definitely make a player bleed with her spikes)
2 - Sheilla Castro - Brazil (awesome, she can spike anywhere on the court)
3 - Hao Yang - China (i prefer her anytime over Li Juan, what's wrong with Chen Zhonghe back then...)
4 - Kun Feng - China (love her quick sets)
5 - Lioubov Sokolova - Russia (great attacker and defender)
6 - Manon Flier - Netherlands (strong jump serve)
7 - Fabiana Claudino - Brazil (for me she is the best middle blocker in the world as of the moment)
8 - Yumilka Ruiz - Cuba (fierce attacker and high leaper despite her height, she's amazing)
9 - Taismary Aguero - "CUBA" (she could've just stayed with the Cuban national team and play for an Italian club team. tsk!)
10 - Logan Tom - USA (great hitter, she's also hot hehe)
11 - Yanan Liu - China (i really do not know why Chen Zhonghe preferred Ma Yunwen over her, it sucks!)
12 - Suhong Zhou - China (she and Yanan Liu are very good quick hitters, really like their combination plays..)
13 - Paula Pequeno - Brazil (a scoring machine...no question about that. she reminds me of Ana Moser)
14 - Fabiana Oliveira - Brazil (awesome digs and a great floor defender)
Favorite teams? definitely the Brazilian team of 2008 and the Chinese team that won the Olympic gold in 2004. My dream Olympic gold medal match! the question is, who will win? hehe..
