Her father eats P*tin wrapped chocolate every day and posts it on social media. I don’t see that happening.

I think last time Vakif couldn’t make it to finals was in season 2017/2018. First, they struggled against Besiktas in the QFs, Zehra and Yasemin were there, and later in the SF, Galatasaray won, Vakif was just plain bad.

Everybody saw it coming at that time, it wasn’t the first time Galatasaray made things difficult for Vakif. I think it was previous season(?) when Galatasaray was about to eliminate Vakif but someone off court had to step in and TV stream went down and they stopped the game because stream was down (lol) and that someone off court yelled at GS for objecting, which made it to the news but cannot been found anymore because that someone is president lol

They changed the libero in 2007 and Kabeshova wasn't any better than Kryuchkova.

They changed Godina with Artamonova in 2008 and it didn't work at all.

    They lost Sheshenina both years.

They were amazing at 2005 ECH (lost to Poland 22-20 in the tie break of the semifinals, then Poland had a easy game against Italy in final) and 2006 WCH.

I think it was in ECH 2007 where they played against Italy in the groups with subs and lost because it was kind of known they were to meet in the semi finals. Come semi finals, they weren’t any good with main players and lost again. Great call by Caprara lol

When we compare 2006 and 2010 WCH victories over other unsuccessfull years, I think lack of MB and libero contribution cannot go without mentioning.

    sorry for off topic.

He was okay in China, for majority of the season was better than Bednorz actually (who was pretty average, that's the other thing), but then got injured in the finals. He had decent debut in Ankara in this lost game against Berlin, I don't know his health status since then.

Modena has signed for next season Rinaldi, Davyskiba from Monza, Pope will be finally healthy, so it's not like Juantorena is a necessity for them to be decent: Ngapeth this year was mediocre for majority of time, so they won't be worse than a year ago, at least on paper. But they need Juantorena if they want to make semifinals of Italian league, especially for reception duties - and I highly doubt that they can get that good Juantorena. He can be useful tho since Modena will have multiple options to rotate in its lineup.

he was the only one played against Berlin. I agree, he might be experiencing some health issues, however, considering Superlega’s heavy schedule, I don’t think he can take it anymore, which, by the way, he also said himself last year. I agree, their OHs look better than this year but I still think his defensive skills will be needed, and based on what I have been seeing, unless he improves his shape, they’ll be in trouble.

Grbic made a decision last summer, he cut Kubiak and his clan out of the team, which, I personally believe, was the right decision. An experienced player could help a team in a lot of ways, albeit on the bench, but Drzyzga is not that kind of a player. Grbic‘s mind set is clear, he doesn’t want any trouble in his team.

I’m more interested in who will make it to main team.
