I mean, not only Ebrar but Stysiak can hit OOS balls with power and hope for block touch, but still not on so consistent level like top 4 OPs.. KVR and JT can do same just not on that level. That’s what I was trying to point out since the evaluation was based in last match where JT’s opponent was Boskovic who is queen of OOS balls and other 3 have capabilities to show similar level.. unfortunatelly I don’t think Ebrar, Stysiak, JT and KVR can show the same but I didn’t mean to say that they absolutely can’t score OOS ofc, just not on consistent high level. In comparison I think when it comes to playing in system then JT can show more similar level and be consistent scorer as big 4 OPs rn.

How many times JT got blocked in system? Even that she is still below the top 4 Opp. Lol but i get it there no other options.

Because with an OPP who's not a dominant, one OH has to be, the other has to be the receiver.. she’s not the receiver so …
And also I literally called out JT. She can’t score out of system.. so knowing that before signing her, one would think the other players wouldn’t be able to compensate that
All I’m saying is, it’s a bad mix of players, and some of them are underperforming of course
JT is not dominant and can't play oos. Why is she playing opposite by the way? Lol if she can't deliver i think gio should let her or busa out of squad next match and let Ogbogu play. 😂

Well there are quite a few problems, and this mix of players don’t cover each other’s weaknesses.
- For example JT needs to be in system, so she can score.. she’s not the kind of OPP that can carry a team rather support. So basically she needs good reception, good sets, and a variety in offense. OR dominant OH who can take most of the attacking load
- Here comes the second problem, Frantti is a weak passer, so the perfect pass is out of the picture. Cansu can’t/is not setting the middles, Zehra is bad, so blockers are focused on the pins. So JT is getting out of system sets AND facing a strong block, so she can’t score.
- Apart from not passing as solidly, Frantti is not carrying the team offensively. Think like
Glinka in the past, or Zhu. So even more pressure for JT
- Zehra is out of shape. Cansu is bad, no variety in offense. Van Aalen can’t play because of the foreign limit. Caratasu is not performing as expected when brought it..
Soooooo it really is a lot of things, whichall together, are complementing each other in making Vakif perform as weak as they are
Why would frantti's job is to carry the team offensively? Like literally she had 13pts in 3 sets 53% 🤣 isn't it the main job of the opposite good or bad reception to make points? And are we not calling out gabi for this match too? Lol 😂
I don't call them weak, they are not just missing elite opposite who can carry the team. For past season they were literally been on top because of haak and egonu. You think those two if they'd stay with vakifbank they are still weak? I don't think so.

the main problem is not thompson it's just that they don't have an elite opposite who can level boskovic. Gabi/frantti/busa are doubling or triple job in defense and offense lol
Guidetti should Ogbogu play next game and let van rest.

I also believe in Frantti and her abilities but she is TERRIBLE in every important match this season. She is doing well with middle teams but with stronge opponents is a BIG PROBLEM. As for the market I know that there are not options left unfortunately.
I agree with this! I don't know what's with her lol she is playing better in NT tbh even better against strong NT but not in club. she might need more energy from yuan+cansu next season to release that performance against strong opponents. 🤣

Vakif is not going to take LYY . It has not point. Their invest is Markova and they will support her at least for one season and they need a back up plan for Bosetti and not a an other offensive OH. Also a big name like Lyy will have also high demands so it is not goint to happend.
Do you really think there are other options in the market right now? Lol i don't think frantti is that bad even just a backup for both markova and bosetti? She can even perform better if she chooses to! Markova will play good with cansu's type of set. But bosetti? Not sure why other think she is still on her prime 😆 but again there is not alot of options right now.

VB is a good team, if they had one of the players you listed above, they would be in the final for every championship. They are getting Markova and I heard rumors about Bosetti is also coming in to VB for next year. Markova will be a good fit for them but I am not sure about Bosetti. Hoping Kipp will turn out to be next Boskovic then watch out for VB. Not every player would fit in Turkish league and their style of play. For instance, JT was not a good fit for them, also I read somewhere that Ezacibasi want Rettke, if that is true, I almost guarantee that that would be a disaster for Ezacibasi and she would not play well for them or any other Turkish league teams.
Jt and cansu aren't fit with cansu's high ball set Lol. Lol Frantti at least is able to adjust, Sometimes! Regarding bosetti not sure about her but they should have renewed both Frantti and busa tbh.

Nah, she was bad today but she had very good last few games and she was solid whenever she got to play during season. She wasn’t getting many chances but she had very few bad games before this one, most were average.
Eczacibasi was bad when they won 3 sets. That's a fact! Lol now that Eczacibasi was playing well. She can't play good? Lol

Vakif made the mistake of signing too many foreigners imo. Even though Frantti is not Gabi, she and Ogbogu as well, are huge waist not being a roster in every match.
And they are thinking of doing it next season again. 😅 signing 6 foreigners.
