Let's get ready to rumble
Russia - Superliga 2011/2012
-
-
The match is not played in Dinamo's usual hall, anyone knows why?
-
Good to see some nice words of u about her too
16p in one set is really insane...must be one of the highest numbers a player ever achieved in one set!
Btw, one thing that could have made so much tension between Gamova and Goncharova today, was that before the game, Gamova said that "Moscow has no player that can lead the team", which clearly was directed to Natasha.
Actually I support Moscow very strongly in this series and I was very glad that Natasha could produce such a result. Even her starting all that yelling didn't bother me this time because she clearly wanted her team to wake up and that helped.
I support Moscow for 2 reasons don't know if you'll agree with me:
Firstly I think that a win like that would do a lot of good to Goncharova's confidence and we really need her as another leader in the NT, a player with strong character, an ability to lead the team.
Secondly, because I want Kazan's management to be punished. At tha start of the season I wrote - How on Earth are they going to win anything with the pair of the worst setters of all time. And I still wonder about that. So maybe if Kazan will be left without any title, their management will start to think using their brains and not buttocks) -

Same here, but now it seems a little more solid...this year streams of finals matches seem cursed
-
First set Kazan leading 16:11.
Low quality streaming.
-
As far as I can tell from the stream, Goncharova seems to be doing her stupid shouting show again but so far Kazan players haven't reacted to it (probably because they are leading clearly).

About Kazan, it seems they already knows about the problems with setter-position, since they reports be intrested in Antonijevic from Cannes. I also support Moscow in this one, but it was only one game. I wonder if she and Moscow can keep it up. I really hope so, but fear Kazan will take the next ones.

Kazan takes 1st set 25:16
-
25:16 First set goes Kazan's way.
It is Gamova all the way. Moscow's reception is unstable.
-
FIrst set stats:
Gamova 11 points
Goncharova 5 (2 blocks) -
Kazan leads 16:10, Moscow is baaaaaaad! Nobody can score, not even Goncharova...
-
Moscow
-
And again 25:16, but it could have been even clearer if Kazan hadn't relaxed in the end.
About Sheshenina, I really don't think she is such a bad setter. Her problem is that she was never able to show her real performance in NT, there she always played rather bad. But in Uralochka and also now in Kazan I think she is doing a good job, she plays a modern and fast game, the quality of her sets is OK and also her tactical choices aren't bad.
-
25:16 Kazan.
Not a good day for Makarova. Yaneva is playing instead of her.

Kazan leads 16:13 in 3rd, I guess it will be over soon. Moscow managed to start well in 3rd set but Kazan came back very soon.
-
Is it me or Morozova really hits with one and serves with the other hand???
-
Moscow showing a little bit more fight in this 3rd set.
-
yes!!!!
26:24 Moscow
Kazan is still leading 2:1
