Anyway, it's all totally deserved. He's been the best setter of the world for 2 years in a row IMHO.

I don't think so. 2022 WCH was a big upset, but Poland was missing Leon. 2023 ECH was a whole different story, despite the fact Poland was missing the main opposite most of the time. Also Janusz is winning on regular basis what Giannelli was bought for by Perugia, aka Champions League. He has played all the most important tournaments finals with both club and NT (and Poland is quite bad at passing, their only weakness; Italy has always far better passing when they meet).
