They were 2nd in the European Olympic qualifying. They did a great job, could not win in the end if ouvesse many thefts jutiz to Turkey. In WGP they had Baranska. And they only played with YC startups is not?
You don't know all the circumstances. Świderek didn't have good relations with the clubs. He couldn't communicate with them. Many people are complaining that he took his favorites to NT. (Skowronska and her friends). Zebrowska is OPP but she was OH in NT...
Poland got a wild card to 2011 FIVB Women's World Cup. Świderek gave it back to FIVB... -

The best year? They were 8th in WGP and didn't qualified for the Olympic Games. They dropped some positions in the rank.
The Yeltsin Cup- They were lin last place. Świderek couldn't communicate with the clubs. He was the worst coach. -
Don't say things like this, because it's club with big tradition and they play a lot of years in a row in OL and maybe they have less budget than the others, but... THEY PAY!

Pałac Bydgoszcz may sell place in OL as well. They don't have a big budget and they will lose a few players. -
Buying a good OH should be main goal, now they have Mirek, Raczyńska, Hudima (also OP), Zielińska (also OP) and young Karpicz, they also should find better libero than Krzos and Iza Śliwa. Setters can stay, MB are ok, but I'd prefer to buy one a good one.
Chemik will have 100% larger budget next season. I hope they look for some volleyball stars. I've read they talked to Małgorzata Glinka.

If I have to choose from these (except Werblińska) and all are intersted, I'll choose Skowrońska, Kasprzak, Żebrowska, Grejman and Sieczka, Polak, Kosek, Kurnikowska for wider selection.
Hmmm... Kasprzak doesn't have a good season. Żebrowska isn't good OH. Patrycja Polak has good and bad moments. IMO she isn't ready to play in important matches.
I would choose Anna Werblińska, Anna Grejman, Ela Skowrońska, Bogumiła Pyziołek (and Ola Jagieło, Klaudia Kaczorowska, Karolina Kosek)
