Micelli won CL with Bergamo, too. With that Italian NT, it wasn't so hard to achieve these things.
I am not saying he is a bad coach just because he couldn't win anything in TL, i am saying it because in GS, Turkish NT and Eczacibasi, he doesn't seem convicing and his team doesnmt have spirit.

Plus, i want to remind you the drama in Italian NT. How some players were using him. In GS, he had relationship with his player(s?) and he was being used by some players too.

I am not judging His career, i am just saying what i see.

Yes, i watched his Despar Perigua and it was really good back then but it was a long while ago.

Well, he has a short roster in TL and he still cannot manage to put a decent play and a team to the court. There is not a spirit at all on the court. He doesn't add anything to youngsters as well. So, i don't care if he won CL last year with Pomi. Plus his Pomi lost right in quarters.

I don't think is an amazing coach. There are amazing coaches but he is not one of them. Doesn't matter what he achieved. Even in CL, i don't see them as best if we consider how Eczaci is playing. They seem the best on the roster but not considering their play. Hope they will prove that i am wrong this week against Vakifbank.

Kamil Soz is a bad coach. I doubt that he understand volleyboll so i am not sure he can coach a team in first league. During timeouts, he talks but tells nothing. Just screams and says "there are high blocks, lets keep your mind in the game" like these meaningless comments. Not giving tactics or techinical anything. Even during first set, he was acting as if match is already finished. Hope, vakifbank's young players won't continue with him next season, i don't think they can improve under him.

Yes, i noticed that also and that is so rude. What does she thinks? Just because she started to play ok, she won't be replaced no matter what. She should be thankful for being in a top team. With that slow moves and being bad at attack and block, i wouldn't even consider her in a good team. She is not playing well, she has just started to play ok lately and she thinks she is Thaisa?

I don't understand the management of Eczacibasi. Barbolini was awful when he was the coach of Turkish NT and Galatasaray. He simply couldn't help the youngers and he couldn't manage the experienced players. Yet, Eczacibasi hired him.

Eczacibasi has problems and one solution will not help to solve it all. I think first they need to know who is responsible of what. What's their role in the team. Turkish players cannot play and when they play, they are lost.

And Barbolini cannot manage this team. It is Barbolini to blame for all this mess. Both Barbolini and Nalam should be fired asap when season is over.

Just pointing out that its unquestionable that Guidetti has had a hand on the Vakitbank selection is not worty of my time getting pissed at the Dutch team. Turkish Volleyball federation is probably more pissed at the dutchwomen than I could ever be!

I mean do you really think it's not coincidental that guidetti is now the turkey volleyball coach?

I am sorry but sounds like you have your own personal problems with Gui or The Dutchs. Anne was good at the begining and she dropped her level after a while. Kim started the season very poorly and then during play offs, she was really good.

Sheila has a big carreer that one cannot doubt but she couldn't complete what Vakif and Gui needed. Slotjes was a killer last season and everyone would have choose her over Sheila. Everyone except Sheila fans.

I was actually pretty excited when Kim Hill was going to play for Vakifbank with Sheilla then it turn out that Kim was not a titular from freaking Anne Buijs.

I bet Turkey was poking hard at Vakifbank for letting that happen hence no Olympics for them.

I remember Anne was in the starting 6 and Kim wasn't that good at the begining of last season. With the time and Olympics approaching, Kim started to play very well and she got her spot in staring 6. I believe it was fair!
Anne was playing very good at the begining but later she lost her rythem.

Meryem is playing really good and played good in the past seasons also. I hope she can play like this in NT. Playing for an avarage team and being the best scorer is a thing and playing for NT and being best scorer is another thing. I am not saying she can't play this well, what I am trying to say is she has to prove that she can do the same in NT.

Well, Eczaci had good budget every year. Not as big as this year but this year is exceptional.
He had very good players but he didn't do anything. Couldn't add anything to young players.
He transfered injured players so it was his problem. He wanted Hanke because he thought she is a promising player. They even paid for Hanke's one more year contract. He was also bad in Poland and Italy. I can't help but help to call him a Looser.

I can't believe Micelli still can find a club. After all those years, it is obvious that he is a big LOOSER!

I think Gamze has been doing well. Nihan or Ayca has nothing to do in National team. Orge, Dilara and Melis could be nice.

There was Federation Elections so he might not want stay without a national team. I don't believe that he will be the coach 100% but remembering his words makes me want to hope he can be the coach. Turkish team needs a coach who knows what's his/her doing. After Barbolini and Ferhat, there is a disaster that needs to be recovered. Normally, i wouldn't want a coach who is coaching for a Turkish club and Turkish National Team but in this case, Guidetti would be perfect.

Hope after all these rumors, Farhat won't be the one again. It was embaressing to watch a boy who doesn't have a clue what he is doing. Plus, i cannot watch Nursevil one more summer.

Turkish players are not playing good already in their clubs. It would be perfect if a good coach comes.

If i'm not wrong, Guidetti said in an interview that he wants to spend more time with his family. Now that Bahar and he has a baby, he might want to be the coach of Turkey. I hope he will be the coach as he can improve a lot.After all, considering the fact that Ferhat did an awfull job so it's not so hard to be worse than him.
