So seems like UMMC will continue with Bird and Parker in whole season.Well,if i were Dieklaoukas i would transfer a athletic american F/C instead of Tamane for league coz Fener's guard position is quite strong for league i think.Considering Galatasaray will play with Fowles and Charles will plauy together in league it was more neccessary i think.Langhorne,Pieterson,Vaughn and some others are free.Especially Langhorne played a very good season in WNBA.That's my opinion

Penny Taylor was named basketball player of the year. Penny Taylor (185-F-81) is also the Small Forward of the Year.
Traditionally at the end of each year Eurobasket announces the European awards for last year.
The top player in Europe was unquestionably Penny Taylor from Fenerbahce Istanbul. Australian forward was the second best scorer in Euroleague last season with 19.2ppg. Penelope was voted Eurobasket.com All-Euroleague Forward and Import of the Year. During the summer she played for Phoenix Mercury in WNBA and helped her team to reach Semifinals.

Anete Jēkabsone-Žogota has a torn ACL, season over
UMMC Ekaterinburg have lost their starting shooting guard for the whole season after Latvian guard Anete Jēkabsone-Žogota has been diagnosed today with a torn ACL. Jēkabsone-Žogota went down with an injured left knee during the first quarter in yesterday’s game against Ros Casares. She’ll go to Germany to perform surgery on the knee. Typical recovery from such injury is at least 6 months.
UMMC can ask for Hana Horakova back from Kosice as their agreement with the Slovak club allows them to do that, though Horakova won’t be able to participate in the first round of playoffs if they have to play against each other.
This is the third torn ACL in a week for EuroLeague Women favorites after Galatasaray lost Alba Torrens and Gülşah Gümüşay last week.
I'm so sorry for Anete, Alba and Gülşah I hope there won't be any injuries again.

EuroLeague Women playoffs pairings set
With the final game between two teams advancing to playoffs being over here are the match-ups in the playoffs.
Fenerbahce – BLMA
Ros Casares – CCC Polkowice
Wisla Can-Pack – ZVVZ USK Prague
Rivas Ecopolis – Bourges Basket
Sparta&K – Nadezhda
Perfumerias Avenida – Beretta Famila
UMMC – Good AngelsUpon an early look it seems like the biggest chance for an upset of the higher seed is in Sparta&K and Nadezhda Orenburg matchup and Perfumerias Avenida and Beretta Famila, as both the lower seeded teams have already claimed a win against the higher seeded one.
If all the higher ranked teams advance the groups in Final Eight would look like this:
Group A: Fenerbahce, Rivas Ecopolis, Galatasaray, UMMC
Group B: Ros Casares, Wisla Can-Pack, Sparta&K, Perfumerias Avenida. -
-
If we had won with 35 pts than Avenida would have been 8th team. And if Ros Casares had won with 23 pts, or Spartak had won with 5 points, rankings would be like:
1.Fener
2.Ros Casares
3.Wisla
4.Rivas
5.Spartak
6.Galatasaray
7.UMMC
8.Avenidaand Final Eight
Fener- Rivas- Spartak- Avenida
Ros Casares - Wisla- Galatasaray- UmmcI would prefer this scenerio. Anyway congrats to all qualified teams.
-
So what is the real scenerio?
