    Sir, I'm explaining myself, sir. :rolll: My poin was- yes, it will be extremely stupid to fire Stoychev at this very moment, and I'm sure they won't do it. But, on the other hand, when you give a lot, you expect results, right? So obviously, they have reasons to be unappy.

    Though I always believed that Stoychev is overrated as a coach and probably won't achieve much than former Bulgarian NT coaches with the team, firing him now is most probably useless (unless there is a big problem with him and the team).


    I think the worse for Stoychev is that there is ground for most of critics against him.
    Yes, being the coach of a NT AND one of the top club in the world is a problem in an pre OG season.
    Yes he had disappointing results this summer, and it looks like he's costing a lot to the federation. So they have the right to wonder if he's worth the price they paid.


    Yet, I believe that those who asked him to bring the NT to OG have to help him to fulfill his mission as long as it is possible (which definitely is the case.).

    They want to fire him not because he is so overrated (bad coach can't win tons of titles with club with no traditions), but he wants changes in the volleyball practice in Bulgaria - statistics, medical control over the players to avoid little injuries to grow into big, better working conditions for the players. That costs money and the federation guys must stop giving them on hookers.

    I'm not saying he's a bad coach. But it doesn't take the best ever to win titles with one of the wealthiest team, never mind the tradition.

    Trento had Brazil NT players and big stars before Stoychev and never reached anything. Their budget was big before 2007-2008 and didn't bring them titles. Stoychev won the title in the first season. I am not saying he is Rezende or Hoag, but he is serious coach.

    I have NO WORDS to describe this whole big mess. Stoychev will surely not let them dictate him what to do. Especially to explain why we play with the black jersey. Moron! These jersey bring the biggest success in the team this season.

    If they fire Stoychev (I'm not a great fan of Rado, just got sick of all this firing) I suggest we should gather in front of the federation or the sports ministry and make the life of Dancho Lazarov hell. Let's protest not only for the firing of Stoychev, but for the whole running of our best sport. It's sad when the sport in which you achieve the most is given the least amount of finance. Some day I will explain to foreign visitors of this forum in what conditions kids have to practise this sport.
    Stoychev is not a man who will beg them to give him one more chance which makes the possibility of sacking even bigger.

    Seriously? It is becaouse male teams got to qualify for the olympic and because working with women is always hard 8| and intrigues happen often. You know - that's not a big deal for his standards! Retards! Morons!

    What else than rise the public's interest and protest.
    Not visiting the next 3 matches of NT at home if Stoychev is fired. Harsh for the players but something has to be done. Throwing tomatoes and eggs is a bit savage and peacefull protest won't lead to anything. But at least we should gather to a protest meeting as soon as he is fired.

    We can use the media as well, you know the power of the masses, we can even throw out Dancho Lazarov. Of course some other filthy bastard will come instead of him but this should sign as a warning that they CAN'T do what they want with our favourite sport and they are dependant on us and our interest in the sport.

    We better do the best we can to stop them destroying the team! Stoytchev must continue his work!


    Seriously Lazarov must be kicked out! This man organised very well the scandals at the last Olympics. This time his main goal is not to let the team go to the Olympics at all!


    It is our time for action! This national team belongs to the whole nation!
