Serbia - BPŠ Super League 2023/24

  • Outside hitter, 2006, 188cm, daughter of famous basketball player Predrag Danilovic

is she good? And does she start consistently

  • First you tell me, is she going to ncaa?

She is playing in Omladinac, played majority of the games this season, not great.

she’s someone who’s name I have heard as potential yes but not confirmed

  • Sonja Danilovictell me about this girl

She is not rly a favourite of any of us here.. almost all of us prefer Mihajlovic or Mateska from that generation

BUT.. girl has potential. She is tall, jumps relatively high and strikes strong. She rly lacks motivation and her passing is problematic but her defende isn’t that bad at all. She is changing clubs every season and is constantly on bench, and she pops up here and there when she gets to play but its usually a flop.

Now, she was absolute MVP of Balkan U19 finals against Turkey last year when she entered and won 4th set from almost 10pts behind and carried tie-break for us to win the championship, she scored everything in very much Alexa Gray style.

Going to NCAA would be a very good move for her imo, like rly good. She can’t be starter in Serbian league yet due to both her passing and lack of motivation on court but also her “i don’t care about this” attitude. Taking time to develope on her own pace would really benefit her and I think with a lot of work she can be good, it’s absolutely not like she doesn’t have potential she is just not there yet both in technique and attitude. If she goes I will be very happy for her and it would be absolutely logical move I would totally support, it makes sence

And I think she could do good in NCAA with their system

well thanks for this but I just found out the Iowa source was wrong and that it’s a middle blocker coming not an OH LOL

  • 21st round schedule

    19:00 Crvena Zvezda - Indjija

    20:00 Srem - Spartak

    21:00 Radnicki - Partizan

    Saturday

    19:00 Jedinstvo - Omladinac

    19:00 Klek - Tent

    Sunday

19:00 Zeleznicar - Ub (RTS 2, Arena Sport)

Pretty boring week, i expecting all games to finish 3-0 or 3-1 at best. All games have clear favorites this time, i bold them.

    Radnicki - Partizan 2-3

    Drewniok 29, Ceasar 23, Stanojevic 10 / Krulj 27, Rodic 16, Drobnjak 13(7b)

Ok, we had one upset. Battle of left handed opposites, Drewniok vs Krulj.

Partizan beat them and now is officially in playoff, and almost sure 7th place(Omladinac need to beat jedinstvo and Zelezniar to past them) with is great for them, they will avoid Jedinstvo in 1/4.

On the other hand, with this unexpected lost, Radnicki will be participant in play out match against 2nd team from 2nd division to stay in league.

    Crvena Zvezda - Indjija 3-0

    Stojic 15, Mateska 11, Jasek 11 / Isailovic 18, Kojadinovic 10, Joldic 7

    https://ossrb-web.dataproject.…=169&PID=135&type=LegList

    Srem - Spartak 3-0

    Mihajlovic 16, Draskovic 14, Grabic 11 / Klisura 11, Jekovic 10, Yao Li 9

Two expected results that changed nothing on the table beside Spartak mathematical chances for playoff, but that was unrealistic.

    Klek - Tent 0-3

    Saric 13, Pocuca 8, Lazic 6 / Vidacic 14, Cikuc 8, Sajic 7, Malesevic 7

    https://ossrb-web.dataproject.…=169&PID=135&type=LegList

    Jedinstvo - Omladinac 3-0

    Tica 21, Dragovic 12, Kukilo 10, Sucurovic 10 / Zubic 13, Stjepovic 11, Marinkovic 6

Results as expected, Jedinstvo is officially 1st, Tent 2nd in regular stage.

Jovana Punisic returned after injury and played whole game.

    Klek is relegated.

Omladinac still 8th, but Indjija is just 1w behind.

    Zeleznicar - Ub 0-3

    Tomic 14, Ivanovic 10, Zelenovic 9 / Benitez 13, Petranovic 11, Kutlesic 10

Another upset. Zeleznicar looked terrible to say the least. Ub destroyed them.

Now we have only 3 questions before last round.

Who will be 3rd, Crvena Zvezda or Zeleznicar

Who will be 5th, Ub or Srem

Who will be 8th, Omladinac or Indjija

And we have one matchup for playoff: Tent(2) vs Partizan(7)
