Is Saliha a kind of player that prepared well before the match? They are not average team, they are USA, though. Besides, if they would not study on her for instance, she is not unstoppable, with in-game tactics she would be stopped.

Besides, she is a new member of NT, she started so so performance in Ankara, and she is getting better.

No one thinks or pretends like that lol. I agree with other things that about her. She could not finish a whole match especially in the second leg. She is quite away from last summer's performanca. Mayber her Japan adventure might be helpful.

I do not remember any timeline that Eczacıbaşı played 2 local OH as starters. Either the way, Ferhat trusted and invested her. That improvement is coming from there, that's why I wrote it like that.

This might be weird for you but I think we should thank to Ferhat Akbaş for that. He was working with her for improving her play, more than Hande. He really invested to her basically, maybe he had to for better season.

Unfortunately, right now we don't have 3rd MB in our NT. I mean, the previous selected ones like Kübra and Aslı were playing that system from the beginning. However, new comers are not ready for this system and also Gio did not spare much time for them, either. I suppose even in WCH2022, we might pick 3 MB for this reason. On the other hand, we should put a solid MB next to Zehra after Eda's retirement, even before.

Either the way, I am ok with her salary, and yes some "people" (do not think only here) complain about her salary and commented in foolish behaviour like "she choose the money" etc.

also what makes you think she only cares for money? She played for Eczacibasi, Moscow, Vakifbank, and Eczacibasi in the recent years and those clubs are competing in top leagues where she gets to play in top level as well as gets paid generously. There was a time when she wasn’t focused on volleyball because of Teodosic but that was long time ago.

She was rumored to be paid € 300K in Eczacibasi.

Because of the Vakıfbank-Dinamo case, people said "she likes money". Either the way, she deserved it in many ways. However, she wanted to CL trophy, and she could have won with them. Unfortunately, she failed last year.

However, they have also Mingardi for OPP/OH position, and 3 more OH. Starting six is ok but the bench looks weak except Mingardi (maybe Shcherban). I understand that they have been looking for a new setter for this reason.
