But that is not problem anymore with Fahr comeback.

Both Lubian and Fahr are doing amazing job, Fahr is already on high level after so many months without matches in her legs.

That is future of Imoco. Domestic MB duo with libero.

Yes, Fahr'coming back kind of solves the problem. But I hope the club/Santarelli treat this carefully, two ACL in a row is not small injury.

We all knew the only winner from the trade was Imoco: Haak drastically improved under Guidetti. She kills the ball in or out of system and adds unexpected good defensive skills for an opposite; and most of all she shows great attitude and fighting spirits. She fits Imoco even better than Paola.

Paola is a great player. No need to change her already. She has 5 months to work with Guidetti and improve ahead.

I agree Haak fits Imoco and Woloz very well. But one of the negative effect about Paola leaving Imoco is that they loss an important Italian player for domestic league. Santarelli sometimes have to rotate and use substitute to make sure there are enough italian players on court, using Gennari even when she has a bad performance. As for Championship, no problems.

    Hande -> Conegliano ???

It makes Sense the fact that Santarelli want to work Turkish players to develop himself.

I don't think Santarelli have that much power in imoco, using the club to develop turkish player for his NT's need.

(Not mentioning the management and the fan would dislike that kind of arrangement)

If that's what he want, he might as well go replace Terzic in FB.

When Buttigan played for Imoco, she was the fourth MB in the Team, hardly in court.

My opinion on Deroo has actually changed. He was kinda weak during the earlier part of the season but got better as it progressed.

It definitely took him some time to work with Christenson and adjust to Russian League. Besides, if i remember correctly, he just comes back from a injury/surgery, so he didn't perform that well during the earlier part of the season.

full shade to Novara... they "fired her"

WH had two good seasons in Novara and the club extended her contract to 2022/2023.

Then Novara wanted Poulter and Adams ( LOL) and limitation of only two foreign players of the same country had been lifted yet, so they gave up WH and fired her.

I see, thank you for letting me know. Poulter was doing well and it makes sense to wait for her, especially since the second half is the one that counts the most.

I don't have any sources for any of these btw. It just the speculation that I've heard from other Brazilian fans.

I have no doubt about Poulter being a good setter but the problem is that she easily injured. (Not that it's her fault ).

Her first season in Busto, injured during regular season for a long time. Second season in Busto, she got injured badly and couldn't finish the season that Busto have to buy another setter just for play-off. Then she transfer to Novara and got injured again. This time she only played two or three matches and the whole season finished. Again, her injury is not her fault but this is the third consecutive season that her injury affected her and club's performance.

According to news, she had just done the knee surgery successfully in US, the healing period is rather long (8 - 11 months). We all know how messy knee injury can be. The second half of the season does indeed count the most but the first half is also very important for Novara if they want to secure that CL's spot.

It would be wiser to buy another good setter to fill in Poulter's spot and wait for her return if they have that budget. (Same as Monza did this season, Fernando got injured just before the season got started so they bought Zimmermann to help.) I would love to see Robert in Novara :super:

Hope Poulter comes back soon and becomes stronger .

    whoever rescues Carlini.

and whoever snatches Juliet Lohuis. (or maybe Chiaka if she leaves Vakif)

I have a hunch that she have other offers, given how she plays this season so far.

in a recent interview, she said she likes it here in Casalmaggiore but dodged the question (as she should) when asked wether she gonna stay for another season. She said the future is still unknown and open. So.....

If that's the rationale they should invest in Ituma. She has more potential and is without a doubt one of the best talents of the 2004-2005 gen. I wonder why she hasn't played as starter in irrelevant matches. Not even when Karakurt is having a bad day seems to change Lavarini's mind. I hope she plays for another team next season where she can be a starter

Ituma has potential but she is not that level yet, i don't think Novara would invest in her and let her be a starter next season, too risky for a club that aims to win trophy. Lavarini is just too stubborn to ever let her be a starter even again low-level team. She needs more time on court to improve and proves her value.I agree that she should leave Novara next season and plays for mid/low ranking teams where she will have more chance to be a starter.

    (I don't think it's 800.000 but maybe around 500.000)

my opinion tho, 800.000 seems like a reasonable number, the top Russian clubs are well-knowned for their big budget and they need to make higher offer to attract foreign players to come play in Russian League given the tough condition it has.

Doesn't Smarzek also get around 800.000 to play in Lokomitiv kaliningrad ? Maybe some polish fan have better memory than mine can confirm this
