Lol. Markova & Akimova duo has not worked so far. Markova's passing is terriblr and against the best serving ITA team, I doubt she can hold up just likr she couldn't when they faced Imovo during the regular season.

Akimova has not been having a good second part of the season. I'm Moy sure if it's either because teams have already figured out how to stop her or she has some sort of injury.

The only teams that could possible challenge Imoco right now are Fener and Milano. Milano's issue is physiological. If they play like they did against Fenet (especially that home game) they have everything to win against Conegliano. They just have to believe it.

It's strange that Velsasco said that he has summoned players who were starters in their clubs but for example Loli is in there and she's barely seen the court with Chieri (tho her past NT exp might've counted)

I would've given a chance to Gardini, Cagnin, Carletti, Enweonwu, and above all Mafrendini (yeah she's the youngest but with way more potential than Grazziani, Akrari, I don't care about her U20 commitments, she should be training with the main adult NT).

I don't get why poeple keep saying that that was an awful move. Egonu was signed well before the WCCH and up until that she was Vakif nightmare and the best club vball player by far (and still is, 5 CL finals in a row and 3 MVPs with 3 marvelous performances with over 40 pts and excellent attack efficiency I have not seen in another vball player). It was only logical that Gio and VB wanted not only to sign her but also weaken their main rival. They didn't win all the cups, for sure but the balance is positive, especially when Paola singlehandedly won the most prestigious club title there is that year.

I love, Haak but that she was playing like a goddess all year round is bs. She was doing well but that only CL championship during her three years at VB was due to Gabi. And on top of that she was also adapted to the club after spending 3 season in which they didn't change the roster. Don't know why some people get so blindsided by their hate or dislike towards Egonu that avoid the facts.

The OH locked for me are Pietrini, Sylla and Cate. Maybe Degradi gas some advantage given her recent experience with NT, but the 4th spot is pretty much open imo. But experience I guess will count for a lot. I like Bracchi's versatility. It's true that VNL will be key to the OG preparation but it wouldn't hurt to give her some court time and see how it plays out. After all she's only 21.

Lol. I didnt watch the match but you're talking as if Scandicci were thr unbeatable Imoco. If you really watched the whole season, Scandicci has been really MESSY to say the least. Same as Milano.
