Japan V League has a very precise and detailed Statistics system...the items of the individual skills in order are [sets performed] [attack] [(backline attack)] [block] [serve] [serve reception]
so for Betty de la cruz, she scored 30 pts in total, of which 24 pts in attack (8 from Back-in attack), 2 in block, 4 in serve...

especially Toray's matchesI would say SportLemon would be the first place to look. There is a TV deal with the V-League, but matches are not usually streamed in Japan.
