    Update on Renata Cristina de Jesus Benedito: Seems her injury ain´t as bad and she´s only out ´til January. At first it was said, she will be out for the rest of the season.

    Aachen: Wicks - Feldmann - Grün, Bednarova - Borowikow, Michel - Legerstee (in 3rd set with Poll and Degi instead of Bednarova and Feldmann, maybe also Lißon instead of Wicks, don't really remember, was too impressed from USC ;-) )

    According to the article, Lonneke Sloetjes played again a very good match. She is in great shape at the moment :super:


    I just saw on USC-homepage, Ines Bathen is 1.71m tall OH :white: :white: Does she jump like a grashopper??

    She's more a receiver than an attacker. Münster always receives with only 2 players, libero and Bathen, so Cutura and the Opp (Sloetjes or Kasperski) can completely concentrate on attack. But yes, considering her height, Bathen is also a decent attacker. She was part of the 2009 World Champion Junior National team.

    No... ;-)


    USC plays other system than all the other teams in Bundesliga. Only Bathen and Dörendahl are Receivers most of the time, so Cutura ans Sloetjes(or Kasperski) can focus on attack. Bathen received very good today and she made also some points in attack (especially in the end of set three) and was not blocked so often. Hope they will upload the stats later!


    Come to Münster and watch a match, what about quarter finale against Stuttgart? :-)


    Oh, I was to slow ;-) Thanks Matthias... 2009 she made the job "of Thomsen" (but better ^^) in the junior team, only defense, maybe also some serves. She is a really good Server.
