Stats say Manon had 5 kills in 12 attempts in first set. 42% is not bad
It's the outside hitters that have to get it going (Hodge, Stam)

I know others might feel differently but I want Flier to get rid of the sissy jumpfloat and rip the jumpserve all the time.
"Sissy jumpfloat". Yup. I said it.
oh i was talking about the past 2 cev games
And while I'm on the subject of serving, I am still waiting for Hodge to learn how to rip a jumpserve with confidence, instead of this jump "spin it in" serve that she uses.
Anza doing the fast???
azerrail very well second set
Hodge played a better second set and that makes things easier for Azerrail.
Rallies like the one for 3-3 are why Flier's hitting percentage will often suffer. Those out of system sets are barely hittable for her but on the third swing she got a good set and killed it.
Samec in for Hodge.
Hodge still needs to improve her passing or she will get subbed out despite her hitting.

This is the reason why Hodge will never be a staple in USA's A-team. She should play beach for a year to learn how to pass.
Flier serving briliantly with her jumpserve. She must have heard me talk about giving up that sissy float.
lipicer not flasshy but a steady player i like her

IMO if she plays her cards right, she has a good chance of being a starter in the USA team. I don't think beach is the answer for her. There isn't much the beach can teach her about passing that Karch cannot teach her indoors.

You have a point. Karch has received success in both indoor and beach that no other player has, hopefully it will translate to coaching.
There must be something about the right side of the court, because Dabrowa plays terribly on that side.
looks like the 3-2 will not happen any more
Azerrail wins.
OMG, I was checking the live score if CEV and I just realize that there is a team called "Lindesberg" O.o
Poor hitter coverage and ball control by Cannes in this first set.
