She joined the second set replacing tall no.6, Zhang Yu ? but were run over by Guangdong again. The problem is Beijing lacks effective wing spikers....
They needed Bjelica but apparently she tested positive for covid

Any link for Guangdong vs Beijing?
Happy for Dixon getting cleared to play!!
Seems like Dixon (MB, USA) is given the green light to join Beijing. She will be #16.

Now, I don't know how fair this is for the other teams, but I think this is justified.
I'm sure teams won't mind considering half of Beijing's rosters is dealing with some type of injury, they're still not a threat even if she joins.
Is it true Zeng Chunlei left?

Yes, she had family issues.

Jiangsu rests their main attacking players, Zhang CN, Gong etc...and got beaten by Fujian 3-0 😐

They need a break, they really do. Especially Zhang.
Do we know the grouping/match up for the next stage?

Tianjin, Liaoning, Guandong, Zheijang
Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Beijing
Having watched all the teams in action, I really think Tianjin are the team to beat....and it’s not just about Zhu Ting and Li YY. Wang Yizhu is doing well and MB Wang YY has added strength to her blocking and hitting. The team is strong overall.
Shanghai and Guangdong are also strong, thanks to their imports, especially Louisa Lippmann and Kelsey Robinson.
Jiangsu, Liaoning and Shandong have an outside chance if they are consistent, but Beijing and Zhejiang will struggle, I feel 😐
Do you know how mamy days of break they have?

the eight teams will form 2 groups of four each....groups C & D....they will play a round robin within each group from 4-6 Dec. Source: Weibo.com 😃
An outstanding volleyball player and a wonderful person, loved and admired around the world, Zhu Ting celebrates her 26th Birthday today....November 29th.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ZHU TING ❤️
And they're starting from the beginning? I mean 0 wins, 0 points, just 3 matches each team and 3 best are going to the next stage?
And they're starting from the beginning? I mean 0 wins, 0 points, just 3 matches dach team and 3 best are going to the next statek?
Yes, they will start from a clean slate.
In Stage 3 of the competition, the top 3 teams of groups C and D will combine to form group F where a sort of round robin will be played, whereby you are not required to meet teams you have already played within C & D. Results from within C and D will be carried over to group F.
4th placed teams from C and D will play off for 7th placing overall.
Semi finals & Final stages: After stage 3, positions F1 will play F4 and F2 play F3 in a best of 3 matches in the semi finals.
F5 vs F6 will be the playoff for the 5th and 6th placing overall.
Winners of the semi finals will proceed to the Final, which is best of 3 matches again.
So, there is plenty more volleyball to enjoy !

oh, didn't realize Guangdong lost... that could've cost them a spot in the final 4.
