Poor Egonu, but I’m sure she’s strong enough not to give a damn about it.

I agree idk what to do anymore. I have one more week before I move into my new school but no work right now until then so the Olympics were filling in the time and now I have nothing to do this week lol. Can we get some post Olympic friendlies or something LOL
I second that.
I will miss those times watching volleyball at work. Of course, it had to be discreet, but I enjoyed how thrilling it was. It wasn't just volleyball; the entire Olympic Games were very interesting and fair. I particularly liked fencing, judo, beach volleyball, tennis, kayaking, and Taekwondo.

Well, if you’d asked me, I would have chosen Ivanovic instead of Milenkovic in the first place. One could argue that she’s totally inexperienced, but sometimes experience isn’t everything—talent can outweigh it.
As for setter position, to me Mirkovic is so boring to watch, so I'd skip her and give a chance to youngsters.

Bjelica is that type of a colleague at work who is extremely nice to everyone but would contribute nothing for the team performance.

Julio Velasco: 72 years old.
Karch Kiraly: 63 years old.
Zé Roberto: 70 years old.Wow, I'm surprised Kiraly hasn't gone bald yet with that age

If I did, I wouldn't be able to post here
Well, I hope to see Fedorovtseva and possibly Goncharova (with age 39) in LA, so someone should stop him

Not that she'd get the opportunity to smile with Russia on court because you know, Russia's banned. Makes her decision to play for Italy even more smarter.
True. Ask Putin on that...

Years ago, I thought Antropova made the wrong decision to play for Italy instead of Russia specially when Egonu would always be the starter for sure but I this NT season proved me wrong. Her contributions in the double is undeniable and has a huge impact in Italy's victories. Velasco, of course, has a hand in it. Huge props to him for coming in to the team at the right time!
She is way too smiley and positive for the Russian team anyway good choice to play for Italy.

Congratulations to the Americans on winning the silver! It was beautiful to see them congratulate the Italian players—a true display of Olympic spirit!

for me :
MVP - EgonuSetter - Orro
Opposite - Egonu
Middle - Danesi, Ogbogu
OH - Sylla, Skinner (even though Bosetti was great today)
Libero - De Gennaro
I'd only change Danesi to Fahr, other than that I agree with you.
-
I don't care what you say, to me the MVP today is Cate Bosetti.
-
Congrats to Italy, what a play

Grazie Leo,
3 more points for the Grandfa

Auch, the stream stopped
-
Drews-Carlini bringing some positive vibes, come on I don't want a 3-0 Olympic final
-
Good god, Plummer reminds me of 2m tall Russian OHs passing.
-
Miyashiro is giving much more practical instructions than Kiraly
-
USA's only "can do" today is passing well and setting to Washington and Ogbogu, otherwise I don't see them scoring.
Skinner's last tip could have succeed if it wasn't Egonu-Danesi blocking duo, they are just too strong.

Where its Kiraly?
