You can definitely tell Mayu is single.
LMFAO pls
Did Akane Yamagishi cut Mayu's hair lol
Tragicccc
Japan VWNT is Ishikawa's lil sis and Nishida's wife
That gap
Check Nikkei's survey of Hinotori out of all the Japanese women's national teams they have the lowest interest percentage cuz HEW IS DAT
Sorry but that trio is so odd. The Japanese general public will not eat that up.
Massive WHO TF IS THAT but generational change so
I just noticed that the cleaners/wipers on the side are now young kids? before the pandemic I'm pretty sure it was usually men in their mid-20s
Speaking of setters, Misaki Inoue might be retiring after all. I think she's getting married
too bad. i prefer inoue's technique and defense to mandai's copy paste of sakae's toss. by the way are nabeya and yamagishi the only married players who are still actively playing? not counting the veterans who already gave birth
Guys, is there any new Opp in this year lis that we can look forward to in case both Hayashi and Nagaoka somehow underperform?
None. You can look forward to Angelina Kobayashi Gromos working double time if she can
almost all except Koga take turns as OPP
That's not happening
i thought u guys were talking about the girl from okayama but her first name is sanae not hisae
Hisae is one of those spikers that fall under freakwhackers. Big energy, big booms
inoue has always been a hisamitsu side character. she's like the aya watanabe in any club. even sakai refuses to accept that inoue is their ace and kept forcing it on nakagawa to the bitter 2021 end but nakagawa became just another side character ...for now.
but if you think about it fukazawa has the same vibe as inoue. it's as if she never left.
inoue will be better off in a club that's ace-less, corporate to the core and owned by none other than manabe.
HANG ON
I thought y'all said Van Hecke isn't renewing shouldn't they be announcing her too???
Display MoreKobata won it in 21/22, before that it was just the "receive Award" Hayashi 2020, and Kotoe Inoue 2019
Re: Nishimura. It's a good question. I guess she was more valuable to Okayama as a Defensive Specialist since they had 19 liberos. She a stability player, don't do anything stupid. Worked that way in all her U-Squads too
Annoying Okayama fan that I am I've enjoyed her work for years and know she was this good all along
[edit] 75% reception? No, I didn't know that It's crazy
19 liberos! why are they keeping so many!? I didn't know she was in the U Squad but then again the only libero I remember is Mizusugi. Ironically she never grew any further despite multiple? awards of best libero If I remember correctly.
quick question about nishimura. if she was this good all along how come she never had any records at okayama? that serve receive award hasn't been given away since 2019 according to saga. i don't know who the last recipient was.
nishimura has excellent serve receive but not much of a chaser at least from what i've seen so i'm not convinced that she's fast enough
what do you mean by this? are you talking about her play on the court?
iwasaka does that thing gabi does during warm ups where she would play with the balls. she doesn't actually juggle them on the court thats ridic can you imagine
Saga's platinum members are saying that Ishii may retire after this season
Why? If she retires then Nagaoka won't be able to retire yet. One of them has to go first and it should be Nagaoka.
