It looks like the teams already had a competition yesterday night: who can celebrate the WGP ticket longer? And it looks like Germany won that one

Just as in Cannes, vdVyver is an exceptionally efficient serving substitute also in NT.
Talking about Cannes, it's very hard to imagine Ravva on bench, but I really think Aelbrecht needs to be in first six there next season!
-
I'm really disappointed today's performance of Germany
-
After 3rd set, Guidetti declared Dürr as unable to play, so now Thomsen is libero. I don't think he has ever done that before but it's certainly justified today!
-
I think Charlotte Leys is a really good outside hitter.

Hanke seems annoyed since her teammates are not playing good, so she started to attack too

She's on the way to be top scorer if she goes on like this
-
Match has become a bit better in 4th set because German team decided to fight, even though their performance still is very shaky.
So it goes to 5...and it's totally unpredictable who will win. It will be whoever has the fewest blackouts in tie-break I guess... -
Such a sloppy match by both teams. None of the players looks motivated
Corina Voigt doesn't seem to be ready to play yet...or maybe It's because her connection with Hanke ain't good. She plays better with Weiss...

Now, I see the real german team
-
German girls are very good at making people so excited
-
Wooohoooooooo congrats to Germany
-
Congrats, Germany!!!!!

Congrats Germany! Amazing tie-break played!
-
Well, that was a hard piece of work, but congrats to Germany! Winning this match was very important because it showed that when you don't play well, you have to FIGHT your way into the match, and the team did so very well in 4th set!
And credits to Guidetti too! He made all the right substitutions today. Geerties and Thomsen stabilized the reception and Brandt once again did a good job in the middle (though in fact, none of our MBs did a really GOOD job today...). Replacing the libero in the middle of the match is a risky move because it can't be reversed, but Thomsen totally justified it today!

And here's the most shameful number of the whole tournament: final match had 350 spectators
