Bongaerts playing at a high tempo, so it's difficult for Dresdner to close the block. Szakmary is playing great lately!
With this Performence Dresden isn't a team for the Semifinals.
Dresden - Schwerin 0:3 (20, 21, 22)

MVP: Milica Kubura / Greta Szakmary
All attackers of Schwerin except Barfield over 50% Despite not very good reception numbers...
Potsdam - Suhl 3:0 (18, 20, 22)

MVP: Aleksandra Jegdic / Hester Jasper
Siebring 1/23 in attack Steger's 2/15 and Patockova's 2/11 look fabulous in comparison. Valkova was not in the roster after her injury from last match, but there is no info from the club yet about it.
On Saturday the Cup quarterfinals will be played.
guys, how are neira ortiz and alba hernandez doing?
Ortiz is doing very well, Hernandez is always on bench as 4th MB apart from a few short moments on court.
German cup this weekend, all games on sporttotal.tv. Will Dresden break the series of home losses against Aachen (4 games in a row)? Schwerin facing a tough challenge @Potsdam, while Stuttgart faces Erfurt who have not won a league game yet (but won at least a set in each of their games)
Dresden - Aachen 3:0 (24, 20, 15)

Suhl - Vilsbiburg 3:2 (26:24 15:25 21:25 25:21 15:11)
http://live.volleyball-bundesliga.de/2019-20/Women/8110.pdf (apparently the scout counted every attack that touched the block as "blocked", but other than that stats look ok)
MVP: Tereza Patockova / Corinna Glaab
Stuttgart - Erfurt 3:0 (24, 13, 20)

Vilsbiburg's match report even says 35 pts
Vilsbiburg's match report even says 35 pts
You better watch when she basically eliminated the 2 years reigning champion Penn State from the NCAA tournament, in the 2015 Sweet Sixteen, by her own.
Nichol is doing a very poor job again today IMO, and yet Imoudu doesn't enter at all
Potsdam - Schwerin 1:3 (22:25 21:25 25:13 20:25)
http://live.volleyball-bundesliga.de/2019-20/Women/8108.pdf
MVP: Sofija Medic / Britt Bongaerts
I think the reception stats for both teams are off, the scout seems to have very high standards for pos/exc receptions. Both teams received OK for most of the match IMO.
Semifinals (11 December):
Dresden - Suhl
Stuttgart - Schwerin
So the real final is already played in the semis and Dresden gets almost a free pass to the final.
Stuttgart again with a Home Game . NO more Words needed 😎😥
Nikki!
Hope she stay in Germany and in a better Team 🤔

A little more respect for Suhl would be fine
A little more respect for Suhl would be fine
I do respect them, but it's absolutely clear that each of the other three teams was praying to get them as opponent and anything but a clear win for Dresden would be a surprise.
Two matches today:
18:30 Münster - Dresden (Sport1)
19:30 Erfurt - Potsdam (sporttotal.tv)
Vanjak and Nelson are healthy again for Münster, so the match might be interesting, but considering Dresden's improving shape I expect them to win.
Easy win for Dresden. Münster are so weak in reception.
