Vietnam - Kenya friendly match, to take place today right after the Ukraine - France match (originally scheduled for 11.30pm Vietnam time but it will be delayed if the UKR-FRA match goes for longer).
This is a fan-produced stream so don’t expect 4K ultraHD video quality

indeed she will not be taking part in ASIAD. I’m not even sure if Vietnam will bring this current squad. Since they’re not playing for FIVB points or a grand prize, I suspect vietnam may bring the second national team if they perform well in VTV cup.

With their first team and 4T they actually have a chance at a podium finish, I feel

You watching? what a match it's turning out to be. Sending Gumabao in seems to have energised them, everyone is playing better
It was a really good game! Up until the last few rallies, you wouldn’t know who will win. Creamline also did well today

Any info about Vietnam’s VTV Cup this year? It seems like one of the PH’s club teams - Choco Mucho will participate.

Lolss...it’s one of my favourite tournaments, it’s a fun event. It some of the previous editions, they featured a team seldom seen in other tournaments, North Korea !
It also featured a Miss VTV contest
As for details of this year’s event I think Aryka has some information on this...

My two cents on this year's VTV Cup:
Quality of guest teams: Pretty average to weaker teams compared to the likes of NEC Red Rockets, Japan U23, North Korea, Supreme Chonburi in the past. On the other hand, I hope 4T and the girls gets a break from this tournament to rest up for AVC Championship. Vietnam 1st NT will most likely file bench players, and 2nd NT will get to showcase their skills.
Missing teams from China, North Korea, Thailand: I don't follow the domestic volleyball scene from these countries so I can't comment much. Please do chime in if you know more. I heard Chinese players have been training for important domestic tournaments. North Korea have been quiet this year.
New faces: This will be Mongolia's first entrance in VTV Cup. After the VIE-MNG team picture and behind-the-scene footage from AVC Challenger Cup, it appears that a friendship has formed between Vietnam and Mongolia vball federations. I'm always excited to see more friendships, and more of Mongolia!
New format: I like this format much more -- more matches, more exposure and experience, and more drama for everybody
Miss VTV: We'll see

The club from the Philippines - Choco Mucho Flying Titans almost always finish 7th in our league in the Philippines. Not a top team, but they might just have the biggest fanbase (or 2nd to Creamline idk) among the teams here, so expect much noise about VTV Cup on social media
