Iran DSQ.
What does it mean?
If disqualificated- why?for forfeiting the match against Isreal !!! and looks like it will turn to a problem ! many guess a 2 years ban ! or 200,000$ fine
for everyone who don't know, Iranian teams/athletes never play against any team/athlete from Israel in any tournament, no matter how much this tournament is important. it's a government rule since 1979.
this STUPID rule cost Iran many medals in individual sports but this is a team sport and their usual excuse (injury) won't work here, they said to organizers that the whole team was injured and they did not have enough healthy players to play against Isreal ! but who can believe this ?

What kind of problems has Iran with Israel?

What kind of problems has Iran with Israel?
who knows ?!
30 years ago an oldman said something and some idiots are still following it.
even if we accept Israel as an enemy, (Iranian teams played many times against Iraqi teams during that bloody 8 years war 1980-88) still nobody knows what's the benefit of forfeiting match against them !!?? ironically it happens mostly in sports that Iran is much superior and can win easily !
