No, a team can have as many naturalised players as they want, the important thing is whether they played for another NT of the same age category (Youth, Junior, Senior). Natalia played for Ukraine Senior NT, Valeria only for Youth/Junior, so Valeria could play in Senior NT together with her sister.
Ive read in sport-express few days ago Russia coach saying Kosheleva would not play Universiade, but that he hoped he could count with her at the World Grand Prix.

Thanks again better in team is to have 4 OHs than 4 MBs, so probably Dinaskaya or Shlyakhovaya will be out, although I'd choose Borodakova to be out.

It must have been correction, I'm surprised that they'll play with 4 MBs (among useless Borodakova) and no real substitute for Obmochaeva, however she can be replaced by Malykh or Pasynkova.
