    Schwerin's quick game does not work at all today, luckily for them Lousiane and Völker play very well in attack. Actually Völker is like Schwerin's version of Heike Beier :D But her performance in attack so far this season is a positive surprise.

    Lousi impressive in attack today. Also Volker in most situations effective.

    Slowly, the classical hierarchy of German league re-establishes itself, with Köpenick, Potsdam and Aachen on the bottom of the league and the rest of the teams fighting for the top. Suhl and Hamburg are slowly recovering from the screwed up start of the season.


    Today was the big setter-scoring day: Mareike Hindriksen 11 points, Denise Hanke 12 points :white:


    Tomorrow: Münster-Stuttgart

    The team consists only of Junior players, and not even the best Junior players from 94-95 generation because they play in other clubs (Dresden, Münster, Vilsbiburg), so it's no surprise that they don't win anything...the VCO project worked better in the past, nowadays not many Junior NT players join it anymore :S

    Italy made the same experiment but in A2 with the Club Italia coached by ... Massimo Barbolini. :whistle:
    So is Bundesliga 1 the best place to do this experiment ?

    They may hope for a new star form VCO for Ger NT for the ECH that Germany is hosting next Sept. Or they just have the right to play 1. so... who can judge them

    the same in France , the team named IFVB is the junior NT and they play in second league named DEF :

    This project exists in Germany since about 10 years, usually the team plays 1st league only in their last Junior year but the current team plays two seasons for some reason...
    In the past it worked well when as many Junior NT players as possible joined the team, but as I said in this generation many of the players stayed in their home clubs.

    The curse of the liberos continues: Ivelina Monova got injured in 4th set and could not continue the match, no details yet.
    Münster played without Laura Dijkema but looks like von Piekartz did a good job. Junior NT player Louisa Lippmann made her debut in Münster's 1st team today, Guidetti recently said about her that nobody else in Germany jumps as high as she does...

    OK so at least not a too serious injury...


    About Lippmann: this is mentioned in an article in the current Volleyball Magazin about the growing percentage of foreign players and the lack of playing time for young German players, in this context Guidetti is quoted saying that in Germany, nobody jumps as high as Louisa Lippmann, but still she is not a member of Münster's 1st team (at least she was not at the time when that article was written).


    Any info why Dijkema was not with the team today?
